didn’t have enough towels and they didn’t bring it to the room, we had to go down to get them.

The location is excellent and I am familiar with the town as I grew up there. The place is comfortable and very clean. The staff is superb in their professionalism, friendliness and readiness to address needs. I suggested upgrading the furniture as it looks outdated, but functional and in good condition. I am just more about the visual.

Great value hotel - super comfortable large double bed, decent shower, good breakfast, helpful staff. Good location - shops and supermarket nearby, but only one block from the beach. Free luggage storage on day of departure. Good WiFi.

Very dodgy cash machine in reception, charged us £40 for a withdrawal!

Check-in process was exceptionally slow. Hotel should upgrade their computers.

It’s close to the subway and all main spots in Rio. The staff is very friendly! The bed was huge and comfortable.

The room looked unfinished, and there was no window in the bathroom. The reality is very different from the photos shown here.

We got the room for a good value of money. The location is Premium!! 2 mins by walking to the beach of Copacabana ( which by the way our favourite) . The staff was very very polite and would like to thank Dajana especially for her patience and great recommendations. Breakfast was good too, a variety of many things.

Still there are few changes that would lile to recommend such as Cleanliness, you could spot in some places that there is still dust /hair left. (Still the cleaning lady would come everyday to clean or at least to change the towels) . We had a room with the view by the main street and could hear all the noises coming from the outside. Also to mention that we paid extra an 10% service fee when we arrived at the hotel, but it wasn't specified anywhere when we reserved the room at Booking. It should at least be mentioned at the Hotel Listing In Booking.

Breakfast is great. Lots of options and friendly staff serving. The beds are also quite comfortable. We were super happy to stay in the same hotel for the 2nd time.

The safe was not working and we had to ask a few times to get it unlocked. I communicated it to the hotel's team and they said will be fixed for the next guests.

Excellent localization, very next to the beach and to the metro station. What I loved most was the bed, a REAL king size!

The room was next to the general air conditioning plan, so at night it was a little noisy.

Location, location, location! Close to everything, can bike from its location in Copacabana to Ipanema and Leblon. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast included was a plus!
