The hotel is great. Very close to the airport, great facilities. The room was good, good gym and excellent breakfast. They have this “hidden” access to a commercial centre where you can go pharmacy and barber without having to go outside, which I thought was great!

Our room was right next to the aircon condenser units so it was really noisy, constantly. And we ended up paying a lot more than what said on booking, I’m not sure what happened to the conversion that day, but it was 20 dollars more expensive than it should have been

The staff André work pretty well, I had a room close to the ac room and I call them to change my room he was really nice and kind to change. Was a quickly night I had to travelling early in the morning so the room that he gave us was nice, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing!

Just the smells of cigarettes in the corridor in the morning and the woods in the shower was old! Nothing was interfering in the night

It’s a bit too pricey for what it is and its location. Additionally, the kitchen is not equipped to handle the number of guests. The very helpful staff were doing their best, but it’s challenging to make ‘beiju’ or ‘tapioca’ for dozens of people with only one person handling it.

The pool was closed for maintenance on a Sunday morning. The matress was totally worn out. How could one call this an airport hotel? No shuttle available. Nobody helped with the luggage. Even though it is across the freeway from the airport, the taxis have to make a huge detour to get there. You also have to take a long taxi ride through a huge favela to get to a shopping center, which appears to be very close. Everyone was telling us how dangerous the area is.

Staff was very kind. Hotel is pet friendly and, although pets are not allowed in the restaurant, they were flexible to accomodate a table just outside the restaurant. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable!

Location is not exactly the best, but I guess still worth staying there!

I booked this hotel because it was near the airport, but the quality surprised me. Rooms are pretty clean, spacious, airy and good windows and views. Beds are huge and comfy. Very friendly staff and competent. The lobby area is nice, breakfast is also worthy. Wonderful restaurant with wide range of dishes. Tasty caipirinha. I would choose this hotel again. Wifi worked well.

Staff were super helpful when I arrived. I was sick and they helped me checkin, and even got me some tea. Natalia was very attentive and friendly. Thank you so much!

Nice hotel, close to the airport. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of foods! The room was comfortable and modern. We enjoyed our stay!

Probably the best option if you need to be close to the airport. Pool, gym, a great restaurant and spacious comfortable rooms. 15 minute uber to airport. Hotel offered to organise a taxi if needed

Room was great, confortable, quiet, space, good quality of all ellements. Airport really close, easy to enter the highway.
