This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel. The place is amazing, in my opinion the most beautiful in all of Bulgaria. Two sandy beaches with a bar. The one closer to the hotel has great service, nice and experienced staff. The pools are clean and the garden is beautiful and well maintained around the whole complex. The hotel does not communicate via email. We had an 11 month old baby with us and there is a cot in the room on request as there are a limited number of them. We wrote three emails requesting through booking.com and two emails through the email on the hotel's official website, but never received a reply. This is important to know when traveling by plane. So we took the cot with us. In the end, the crib was in the hallway and we could have taken it to our room, so taking ours was unnecessary. Drinks were offered at dinner but there was no drinks menu so we didn't know the range or price.

We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at St. Thomas Holiday Village. The property is exceptionally well kept, with beautifully maintained gardens and common areas that made the whole experience feel peaceful and elevated. Everything was spotlessly clean — from the rooms to the pool areas — which really added to our comfort. We especially appreciated the variety and upkeep of the pools. Overall, it was clear that a lot of thought and care goes into the guest experience here, and it didn’t go unnoticed. We’d happily return.

location is great, apartment in hitel was great, food at the hotel restaurant was great 80% of the time, had some defront fryes that were unedible, they were gray.

room with kitchen has no utensils, no plates, no water boiler - nothing but a small old fridge. stayed in A32. its strange to have apartment with kitchinette and to not be able to give children some cereal before bed or have a plate for fruits, a knife, fork spoons etc.

Location has a fantastic view and is proper for families with children. Access to beach is easy and the beach is great

Rooms from vilas are not properly prepared for check in. Cleanliness is under average. It is not the first time when we come here. First ti.e we stayed on the hotel rooms and all was great. After that , when we were accomodated on vilas appartments cleanliness was not proper.

Breakfast and dinners are good. The only missing things - seafood. Swimming pools are always available, there is a special one with great view, it’s cool.

Haven’t found a fitness room. No entertainment. No beach bar at the beach near the hotel, so if you would like to eat or drink you have to organize it beforehand.

The location, the terrace with a view to the sea, the proximity to the nature, the transport to the beach , the format - close complex, but comfortable and cozy

It is heaven on earth. Place to relax, unwind and be amongst purest nature at its best. For young families, romantic couples, mature travellers, it has something for everyone. Everyone from reception, restaurant workers to cleaners are top professionals and make you so welcome. Excellent facilities, the highest standards in everything, modern, fabulous rooms with the most comfortable mattresses, delicious food and of course the most amazing nature around you. Thank you all so much, I missing it already and hoping to come again

Choice of 2 beautiful beaches, each with sun loungers and a bar. Room was spacious and clean. Large complex with a small shop onsite, breakfast was varied and tasty.

Couldn't work out how to use the safe in the room and no instructions, and only options for food are to drive/taxi into nearest town or eat in hotel restaurant. Food in the restaurant was really nice, but if staying for more than a few days you might want more variety.

Great accommodations, We appreciated the shuttle service to a great beach. Nice pool and good food.

Lovely place clean and tidy. The rooms are very nice and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can enjoy the sea view walking in beautiful gardens.
