Superb location, on a hill nearby Black Sea. Amazing view from the room (sea view room). Clean room, mini-bar always full with water and drinks. Many facilities, including large pools,, very clean. Clean beach, clean sea water.

Food. In 7 days, same sort of food with little variation, even with the feeling that food was reused next days in other types of serving. Some of the personel very beginer and very bored that they need to serve the customers. First 5 stars hotel in which i didn't have room slippers. Overall, good experience, but...with all the facilities that this complex has, it can be 10+ experience.

The location is perfect with a private fine sandy beach. The hotel is perfectly maintained with a lot of green areas.

We paid for a room with see view but we had more like a corner room with partial view.

Huge complex with lots of alleys and trees. Excellent for walking. Big pools with different depths. Aquapark, that looks good (not suitable for our 4 years old kid, and is was very far from our hotel, but it looks good). Big beach with lots of sunshades, good sand and calm waters. Kind and smiling personal. Fast check-in and check-out. Free private parking next to the hotel.

Food quality was not good and the non-carbonated soft drinks was terrible. (food and beverage quality is the main reason we won't go there again). Two times we found plates that was not washed well. We was closing the door to the balcony one hour before lunch and before diner, because of the smell when they cook. No convenient snacks and drinks on the beach. There is one gyros station, opened just for few hours, where the waiting time in the queue was between 20 and 35 minutes, no beverages, just gyros and the gyros was not good. Lots of stairs in the hotel and it is like a maze without direction signs. Bathroom was equipped with cheep soap dispenser at the wall, no shampoo and the soap quality was low. You can only dream for cotton buds or hair conditioner. The stores in the complex are cash only (bring Bulgarian levs with you, don't count on the exchange in the complex, as their rates are terrible) In addition - paid safe, paid minibar, paid WiFi.

We really liked the extra activities that were available for guests. We enjoyed the evening entertainment every night. We also enjoyed Mini golf, pedal boat, pool activities and some Salsa classes. The food was good, diverse. Same with the drinks. The room got cleaned every day and towels/sheets got changed everyday.

The hotel room was missing some of the 5* elements we expected - no slippers/bathrobe, no mini shower gel/shampoo/care cream. Our bathroom did not have a fan and no way to get the steam out (or the smells). The shower curtain smelled a bit. We did enjoy some of the extra activities, but for those you had to pay in cash - which for a resort this year seems a bit strange and unexpected. We expected to be able to pay by card or to have the cost added to the room so we did not have to carry cash with us all around.

The room was excellent, with a sea view. There were a lot of attractions in the resort, including sun loungers on the beach and all the pools and Aqua Park.

The food was at a very low level. Almost everything that required preparation was not cooked well. The barbecue was a little better, but the staff working on it were extremely rude and usually closed 10-15 minutes earlier.

The hotel makes a very good first impression — it looks nice and has a luxurious feel, especially in the lobby. The rooms are spacious enough and the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. One of the best things was that housekeeping cleaned the room every single day, which was truly appreciated. The sea view from the terrace was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The main restaurant is well-organized, the food was good, and the service was on point. The pools were cleaned daily, which is great even though they show signs of aging. The garden and flowers are absolutely stunning — it's clear the gardener does an excellent job.

Unfortunately, there are quite a few downsides. During the high season, the parking area is completely full and it’s not possible to reserve a private spot. Most of the reception staff were uncommunicative and left the impression that guests were not especially welcome. The hallways are rather dark, could use better lighting and renovation, and the exterior windows haven't been cleaned in what seems like years. The beds are a disappointment — instead of a proper double bed, there are two single beds pushed together, which doesn’t match the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The third bed, meant for a child, is a very uncomfortable retractable sofa. My child couldn’t sleep on it, and I personally tried it and found it impossible to sleep on as well, even though we paid for three people. The TV in the room is a small, no-name brand sitting on a large desk — far from what you’d expect in a luxury hotel. The outdoor snack pavilion that serves sandwiches and ice cream was, frankly, terrible. The pools, although clean, are outdated and clearly in need of renovation, just like much of the entire facility. The beach area was disappointing — the sand was dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly, and the sea near the hotel had a noticeable sewage smell.
