Really friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean, stylish decor and well appointed. Very central to the old town with lots of interesting restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to an excellent beach. Safe parking (charge applies) underneath the hotel.

Nothing, all was great. Although if I stayed again I’d probably opt for a sea view. Due to the excellent location, there isn’t really a “garden” - either overlooks the breakfast courtyard or the street. However double glazing eliminates any potential street noise. We slept very well!

Great location, very clean and tidy with good amenities... Stunning sea views from the rooftop pool. The staff we're very polite and professional but not overly engaging.

The room description booked via Booking.com didn't match the room we were given. We booked a sea view room with a sofa and terrace...Although the room was lovely and had a sea view we had a very small balcony (certainly not as depicted in picture) and no sofa to relax in room.

Property was absolutely stunning very relaxed and chilled atmosphere.

Only issue was attention to detail. No soap in the hand dispenser at the poolside. No mirror in the ladies changing room in the spa.

The location was perfect. The view of the port from Seaview room was amazing. Everything about the hotel was great down to the smallest detail. We would definatly be regulars throughout the year. The restaurant food was 10 out 10 with a great menu. highly reccomend

Staff were really helpful and friendly each day. Breakfast & Dinner were tasty.

The gym is really small & the photos are a little dishonest. The restaurant was expensive. Arriving outside of June - September meant nothing was open and no nightlife.

The hotel itself was awesome . Every detail was designed to perfection. The gentleman who took care of breakfast and later oversaw the pool was attentive in the most intricate manner, but was so uninvasive. The breakfast was to live for. The leisure facilities were so clean and beautifully maintained and designed. Fabulous hotel. Thank you .

Unfortunately some of the marina is blocked by a couple of unsightly buildings .

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very friendly staff! Super clean and the location was absolutely excellent ! Also very dog friendly hotel which was a plus for us with a small Russian toy terrier

Everything was perfect for our stay

This hotel provides a top-quality five star experience. Gorgeous view from the top infinity pool overlooking the Sozopol marina. The room was excellent - beautiful, clean and modern all in one. We got a room overlooking the marina and the balcony was lovely and provided a nice spot for watching the sunset. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location at the heart of Sozopol. Strongly recommend - wouldn't be surprised if this is the best hotel in Sozopol.

Parking at the hotel car park was for a fee - this was not specified during the booking process. The parking cost more than the car park right next to it which is the one we went for.
