Very good place, i was worried about the salt water pool but the saltiness is very mild. Great food, amazing pool, wonderful surroundings.

Wifi is very unstable

The room was very spacious. Nice garden. And fun activities to do during the day. We did not know it was a Bravo club until we arrived.

The beach setup was not well placed, the facilities are outdated, and it is catered to italians (the animation staff barely spoke english)

There's almost nothing that I liked in this hotel.

This place is designed to accomodate italian citizens (from the poor food options to the language and entertainment ..etc....) I have no bad feelings against italians citizens but I would rather be in the company of other nationalities that are more open minded. I would not have booked there had I known this ... I felt that I didn't belong in this resort. I definitely would not come back there nor will I recommend it to my friends and family. . Fortunately for me I stayed in this resort for only 2 nights; the 3 remainings nights of my journey in Sal were spent at Sol Dunas Resort which is, in my opinion, a much better 5 star Resort in all aspects than Voi Vila do Farol. Sol Dunas is more inclusive, has better food selections, nicer staff and is cleaner with a better location and entertainment program..

How can you sell this for 2000€ a week? People are nice but here are the problems: - room doors don't lock properly - room floor not clean - there is drinking bottled water in the room ONLY the first night. Other days, you fill it yourself - No wifi in the room - spotty WiFi at best in the lobby - no TV channels, only in Italian - no coffee in the room - no real soaps, but only hard tiny soaps which, wrapped up in paper do not seem to save the environment - AND cherry on top: coming back from a long day to take a shower, no towels in the bathroom!!! - there were some chairs at the beach but people smoke there. - the staff at the pool bar was not friendly. Don't expect luxury here at all. Food is good but that's it. The service was mainly in Italian so if that is the case, please advertise it as such. Booking.com and the hotel should be ashamed to sell this for €2000 a week.

Where to start. THIS IS A RESORT STRICTLY FOR ITALIANS. they need to make this clear on the page. Nothing and I mean nothing for English or other language tourists. Purely oriented for Italians. And all the guests expect a few were rude and always had a nose stuck up at us as we were British. Felt very unwelcome and spend most of the time in room or out of resort. The rooms aren’t rooms. They are caravans essentially. Very thin and I could hear people snoring next door. Needs a major refurb. I have stayed in resorts much cheaper that were more modern. Broken shower. A/C is the size of a small car and sounds like a tractor running all night. The TV is from 2005 and has nothing to watch. The WiFi is shocking. Works when it wants. Was able to get it working for maybe 20mins a day then it’s very poor most of the time. I regret not playing a bit more and stay in literally any other place.

Overall the hotel was awful, the breakfast did not vary at all and if you don't eat meat then you have to eat eggs and bread every day, with no other warm options. the photos show much more food on offer than what the hotel has. The dinner was the same it was all bland and the dishes did not vary, we ate out most of the time before we moved hotels completely. The only good thing about the food was the fish. You couldn't even have access to water 24 hours a day. tThe hotel was tight with water and gave you it in small small cups. it says all inclusive but they will only give you small cups of water and none at all between 12 and 8AM. Reception tried to charge 4Euro for a bottle of water it was disgusting behavior. The cleanliness of the hotel was awful there were food and sticky drinks cups left in the walkways outside. Ants are everywhere in and out the room, climbing in the shoes and all over the bathroom. We didn't keep any food or drinks in the room for this reason as well as the fridge did not keep things cool. One morning after going for a walk down the beach I entered the poolside toilet to find human faeces smeared all over the sink. It was absolutely disgusting and the cleaner let me enter the bathroom knowing it was there swarming with flies and laughed when I slammed the door quickly in horror! This place was absolutely awful we had to check out early and got a beautiful hotel for the same price I will be contacting booking.com to complain The photos are not as the hotel appears and the hotel is run down and awful on one side more than the other.

Nothing stand out

Old fashioned Italian resort where all services is target to Italians. Food is ok but almost same menu every meal, main course is pasta If you are not Italian be ready to be discriminated and receive a poor service Final comment, internet connection does not work at all.
