Very friendly staff and very clean. Location is perfect to grab the bus to Thailand/Sihanoukville/Koh Rong (Sanloem). Rene just in front will rent you a scooter (and show you how to use it) to visit the Mangrove forest and the beaches across the bridge. Walking distance to the town's market (my favourite landmark in Koh Rong, strongly recommended!)

All rooms face the inner courtyard/pool and it can get a bit noisy in the room even if people are chatting at a quiet level in the courtyard.I experienced noise in the evening with the guests that are using the pool (until 21:00); and in the morning with the locals (from 7:00).

The hotel was very centrally located and only about 200 m from the bus station, within walking distance. The hotel is functional and no frills, but clean and comfortable for my one night’s stay, on my way to Tatai and Botum Sakor National Park. I was given a room on the ground floor facing the pool, and as I arrived late and left around 10:00h the next morning, I did not experience any noise or aggro of people hanging out right outside my room. I think for longer stays and if there had been children in the pool, this would be a noisome factor for me. The reception staff were very helpful and polite and all spoke good English. I would recommend this hotel but not on the ground floor, if you are like me, and prize secluded rooms, away from people moving up and down.

I would make sure not to get a ground floor room, as they are all facing the pool. It would quite uncomfortable to be so close to people swimming or sunbathing, if I am in my room relaxing and looking for calm and no intrusions, as it would be a too busy area for my liking.

It's excellent for the price. Large and practical room. Hot water shower. Toiletries and toilet paper supplied. Table and chairs outside the room. Nice swimming pool. Friendly English speaking staff. I really liked that they put a mosquito coil outside the room in the evening. Excellent location in an area with many guest houses and restaurants.

Door lock and window locks need fixing.

The location was really nice. Enjoyed being in central area for reaching different places like beaches and waterfalls.

The mosquitos. Wow. Every day. Also a room with AC should have a fan. The AC worked so well we froze at night and had to turn off then room heated up quickly to uncomfortable temp. We wanted hot water kettle but these not in the hotel at all.

The pool was great, the rooms are fine ... they are not super fancy or anything but for the really good price I think what you can expect. Our room also had a hook for a moskito net in the ceiling, which we highly appreciated.

We couldn't get breakfast because our group was too big but this is not really a point of critique since few people will probably be travelling in a group of 27 persons.

Room was a decent size with good storage space. Clean and comfortable with aircon and fridge. Good water pressure for the shower. Rooms surround the swimming pool which looked nice but we were only there one night and didn't use it. The man on reception was friendly and arranged our shared taxi on to Kampot. Very good value for money.

The shower was right by the toilet so everything was wet but it wasn't a massive problem.

Very clean and tidy room with nice little balcony. Very kind and helpful staff. Very good shower and really comfortable bed. Also...I only realized on my last day that the food is very good here! I would of dined more if I had known! My friend came to stay with me for a couple of days.When I told reception they say to me no extra charge! You can't beat that can you!!

Good value hotel in a quiet side street in between the main street and the fishing port. Friendly english speaking staff who can sort out your transport to the border and elsewhere. On site restaurant for breakfast. Small swimming pool. Recommended.

Nice place, comfortable bed.

When we checked in, staff told me the room I booked had no hot water and said I'd need to upgrade to a $15 room for this. No mention of not having hot water on booking, felt deceptive. They also quoted me a bus to Phnom Penh for $30 which is nearly 3x the price of what a minivan costs ($11)

Comfortable bed and a nice room, a nice view on the swimming pool and some plants around.

Actually no big complaints , however I couldn't use the washbasin as the pipe wasn't attached to it properly and the water was coming out. Still not a big deal as you shower there directly on the floor
