Hotel Surer. The owner is very positive, always ready to help. Ideal location, everything is within walking distance. Bikes were rented from the hotel. The breakfasts are just a bomb, delicious. (they help out a lot, because on the island you have to squeak where they have good food, this is a problem here, unlike Chang). in the houses everything is thought out to the smallest detail for your convenience. There are hammocks and a tap at the entrance to wash your feet after the beach. gorgeous view of the palm grove from the window. I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

All was great, very nice bungalows, located in coconut garden, great location- close to good food, beaches and interiors small roads where you could feel like in the jungle. It was a great combination of so different experiences so close. And the host was so friendly and smiling, we felt like at home. Very nice place with great breakfast and choices! You can rent a scooter in this place and enjoy exploring the island. We wanted to make laundry and our host help us with everything:) I really recommend!

All was great, I was very happy with quality and was even more than according to the price so really great place.

Lovely, comfortable and clean little bungalows, sei in a coconut grove. Friendly and helpful staff who were always smiling and on hand to help with anything. Scooters were available to rent at the property. Located within close proximity of some excellent restaurants and the local supermarket we would definitely recommend.

The owner insisted that credit card payment was not available (despite the booking being reserved by credit card) and we had to pay in cash, incurring a poor exchange rate and additional fees at the ATM

I had a very pleasant stay at the accommodation and found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable. The owner was always attentive, and nothing was lacking. Laundry services are available, and a shuttle for onward travel can be conveniently arranged. The property is nestled in a palm garden and located on a quiet side street. Restaurants, a grocery store, and massage studios are within a 5-minute walk, and the beaches can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. All in all, a very enjoyable and restorative stay.

The bungalow was very nice, good size and nicely furnished with wood furniture. The surrounding garden is very beautiful, providing a nice view out of the big window/from the terrace. Nice to just relax in the hammock in front of the bungalow. The light in the bungalow was very nice, dimmable and an indirect green light above the bed (just as so often a switch next to the bed or reading light was missing). The owners were very nice and helpful and I think it's very good that they do a lot themselves (even the cleaning), which is unusual even for family run places. The location is good, there are many good restaurants around the corner and a nice beach less than 10 min walk. Amazing Bang Bao Beach is about 30 min walk away, or 5 min by scooter.

The bathroom needs some maintenance, looks like most of it was updated recently (the shower was very good), but the sink area was neglected: very corroded tap, bad smell from the drain and crooked hanging mirror.

Well designed, clean bungalows located in a peaceful coconut garden, 5-10 mins walk to good restaurants. Friendly & helpful owners. Good quality towels. Fan in room as well as air conditioning (we hardly used air con in January) Spacious shower with generous shower gel & shampoo dispenser, separated from toilet with step so everything doesn’t get wet. Huge, comfortable bed, good quality cotton sheets. Very clean. Best bungalow of our entire month long trip and we paid double this in Koh Mak!

A handful of charming bungalows set in coconut trees. Family run by friendly and helpful people. Great water pressure reliable internet, cleaned daily. Nice hammock out front to relax, scooters to rent from the owners and taxi can be arranged if required. Close to million beach, short walk, restaurants at the end of the road especially good was the Issan food at the end of the road, great som tam!!. Nothing not to like would stay again. Thank you Suan Maprao team.

Everything here is perfect. 9 lovely bungalows nestled into a lush green coconut garden. Welcomed with fresh coconut and an early check in. Great aircon and fan in room, tv (didn’t use it) kettle, clean bedding, towels and toiletries. Breakfast is delicious with the highlight of fresh espresso coffee every morning. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us a map and a few pointers of where to explore. 2 minutes walk to restaurants and Thai mini mart less than 10 to a beach. The Corner was our favourite place to eat (just around the corner), so friendly, cheap and very delicious food. Ko Kut is paradise and our stay here has been exceptional. Would highly recommend.

The huts were very comfortable, clean, had everything I needed. The view of the coconut farm and surroundings were so so beautiful. The owner and his sister were sweetest angels and always available to help.

Only the distance to get to the best beaches. They are still very close by motorbike but if you can’t ride one to rent, there’s quite the cost for a taxi. But then Ofc they’ve got no control over their location. Still an awesome experience and the taxi fare was like 300baht (£6) for 1.5 days to go anywhere you want.

The Bungalows were amazing, they were located in a coconut garden, it was so unreal waking up there. The whole scenery is amazing. You can rent out a scooter from the accommodation and it's just a couple of minutes to the beach (we liked bang bao beach the most). The owner is a lovely person, so calm and serene and has such a wonderful taste in music. He gave us a map of the island and explained where to go. The breakfast was delicious, fresh pineapple every morning (there is also a minimarket with lots of fruits close by). We also went to the fisherman village and ate the best fried fish and Tom yum soup. All in all, we loved it here at Suan Maprao (it means coconut garden) and we hope to come back.
