Koh kood is one of the best places to discover the actual Thai lifestyle and despite being a small island you can find a variety of food options. Koh kood bed is next to a lovely swedish bakery (Cici) where you can even get gluten free items. (The gluten free crepes are one of the best crepes we ever had.) And you shouldn't miss out on the chance to try the cooking class. It is also close to some other restaurants with a really good taste. You can also hire a scooter from koh kood bed and this makes everything so much easier to travel around the island. And the owner also gives you the contact number which could be contacted anytime for any query or in case of emergency. It is also close to Bang Bao beach which is 3 minutes drive and we used to go there in the late evening for a swim. The water is warm and even has traces of bioluminescence. This place is carefully managed by the lovely owner and we will happily choose this place again if we were to visit Koh kood again.

There is nothing particular to be mentioned. 1. You will have to walk a lot to commute if you can't drive the scooter. 2. You will notice there are more mosquitoes around the island but this could be solved by the mosquito spray.

This is a beautiful, quiet property and our space was so comfortable. It’s a well taken care of property and Jay was a lovely host. He has a beautiful property and we loved everything. You can rent a scooter on site and there’s a lovely cafe right next door to the property. You have quick and easy access to nearby beach resorts (a 10 minute downhill walk or quick scooter ride) for dinner or drinks and an incredible beach thats perfect for sunset.

Nothing not to like. It’s well maintained and conveniently located.

Fabulous place to stay, I’ve been coming back now for over 7 years, and have seen the hard work and dedication that Jay the owner has put into the place. The rooms are huge and immaculately clean, Netflix Tv if you do fancy a night in. Lovely peaceful location amongst swaying palms trees. Beaches & restaurants are close by and easily accessible by motorbike, which you can rent on site and are all super safe and new. Highly recommend.

Koh Kooh Bed's has a great location, very close to all the best restaurants. You can easily reach the whole island with a scooter. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom has a lot of space. All in all value for money. You can rent scooter from your host which is convenient. I recommend! :)

Great room and best valur for price across the entire island I would say. Within 5min scooter ride from some of the nicest beaches and great restaurants around the corner. looking forward to coming back sooner than later! lovely host with a very charismatic cat.

A spacious and clean room! Comfortable bed with a tv with Netflix, for when you’re done with visiting the beaches and having food. I really enjoyed my stay at Koh Kood Bed’s. Great service and a very polite owner, Jay. I would definitely stay again at this place.

The host was super friendly and helped us to contact our next hotel to pick us up. He gave us a lot of helpful information about the island, such as the ferries timetable. Besides that, there's a very good restaurant next door (Cicci Thai cooking)! We had the most delicious meal of our entire trip there!

Jay the owner was amazing, he helped us with all our inquiries, very friendly, the place is in a very close beach and a restaurant right on the corner, the place was very spacious and comfortable.

More a suggestion, a bucket to wash our feet after coming to the beach will be handy

Room was clean and the amenities provided were good (free coffee daily, snacks). Bed was comfortable and staff was attentive and professional - nice touch with the refreshing welcome drink! It is in a quiet area and within walking distance to Bang Bao beach and also local eateries and shops.

The room overlooked a desolate coconut plantation but we knew it was a garden view so no complaints really.

No restaurant on site and the nearby cafe that the host informed us to go to for breakfast, weren’t actually serving any food, just coffee. However, there are many restaurants that you can reach within a few minutes on a scooter.
