Beachfront: The sea is clean, clear, and has fine sand. The hotel provides kayaks and life vests. I recommend wearing water shoes. Food: 10/10 I work as a chef and usually don’t favor hotel food, but the seaside dining area, Boxbyx Bar, was outstanding. The Thai food is spicy and flavorful, with fresh, large prawns and crab. The Western options, like spaghetti, are decent, while the pizza is delicious and freshly made. Staff: 10/10 Front desk staff are helpful and easy to contact. The restaurant team provides excellent service, with free drinking water served throughout the day at the poolside and by the beach

Hot Water System: The hot water system was a bit confusing at first. If you're unsure, ask the staff for help. A quick demonstration or additional explanation would be helpful initially. The in-room coffee is of a good brand and tastes nice, though the coffee machine feels a bit outdated.

Everything! The room was clean, modern, bed comfortable and we felt very safe. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond for us. The highlight was the restaurant at the bottom on the beach. The food was amazing and then staff service was great.

We loved our short stay at Chaim’s house. Got upgraded to a Villa with the pool with clean water and a 100 meters from the sea. It is nice and quiet, very relaxing place. Feels like we are only one in whole world! Highly recommend!

The location is beautiful, it is a bit isolated and feels very in tune with nature. Very quite large beach which feels untouched and is beautiful. The rooms are large and refurbished partly, with a comfy bed. The staff is super friendly and helped with everything we needed. With lots of free drinking water in the rooms and on the beach. Free kayaks and snorkels to use on the beach which wad great!

We were very hesitant to book as the ratings were very low on booking.com. however we saw that is was recently redone and we decided to give it a try. The place is still partly under renovation. The rooms are redone but there is no finish ... so you don't get the feel of a redone room... There is minimal cleaning of the room, lots of dirty corners and spiderwebs on ceilings. The maids redid the room but didn't change bed sheets .... We took a room with a "jaccuzi" which had no hot water and was very uncomfortable... definitely shouldn't be taken into consideration when booking this room. To change shower temp you had to move a valve under the sink outside of the shower which just seemed insane. Breakfast was very minimal with many insects ambushing the vegetables... Overall for the price you expect much more... it seems like they are trying to be fancy but cutting corners on basic essentials like cleanliness and convenience ... if it was cheaper I wouldn't complain as the location is superb and isolated. (We moved to another resort after for the same price and immediately felt such a difference in care for the rooms aesthetic and cleanliness)
