We had cottage C, which is second row next to the sea with sea view and was really comfy. We asked for additional bed and the room perfectly fitted two adults and two kids. Breakfast was excellent, especially curries, but for dinner the food in the restaurant never seemd so tasty as in the morning. Beach was nice and we stayed during all sorts of tides. Only annoying were turists coming to take photos for the whole day. Otherwise we were nit so many actuall swimming and enjoying it.

I thought it would be easy to access restaurants nearby and it is if you rent a scooter, but if you have small kids your only option is getting a taxi and at hotel they offerd it with price starting at 300 bahts (and that was for small distances like 800m). The AC in the room was just above the bed and you could nit sleep with cold air blowing into your head.

Service is good. Location is very good. Restaurant food is ok. The service from the people at the restaurant is great. Girls from the management are very polite and cooperative. Tried to help me a lot with my transfer (Ferry).

The room smells bad. But i believe its something with the construction of the septic system. Because people try to put glade etc. But it was good for a couple of hours.. then the bad smells came out or the bathroom pipes again. Same smell for all our time there.

The beach is perfect, H-bungalows with sea views were basic, but great and views were amazing,. The hotel area is beautiful. Bar was great.

No shops or restaurants near by. Hotel restaurant had great breakfast, but dinner/lunch options were limited to Thai-food and no other options were near by. So if you can't drive a scooter, you don't have many options.

We really liked the new rooms (H), they did very nice renovation. From outside the room doesn't look nice, but looks really cool from inside (furnished in boho-style), room is quite spacious with comfortable beds. But at least one closet in the room would be useful :-) You can put 1 extra bed (matress on the floor) into family room for 600 bath/day. The breakfast was really good and the beach was like a dream. Staff was always there for us, promptly solved our every request. We really enjoyed our stay in Siam. Definitely would stay again.

I didn' t like the food in restaurant so much, it was ok, but not great. One day, our bathroom (toilet) smelled like sewage, but luckily only on the last day of our stay, so it was not a major problem.

Amazing location on a beautiful beach. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great beach bar.

Although the bathroom looked fresh and new, the drains REALLY stank. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast but strangely the lunch and dinners are terrible. We went for dinner there 1 time in 10 days at Siam Beach, and never again. The lighting in our bungalow was awful, with no reading lamps. This urgently needs fixing.

Property is located directly on the beach.

Staff is not interested in supporting about tax invoice, because I booked with Booking. The question that I asked was if there is something missing from the invoice, can the property support. And they say no, not even when booking is made with the agency, as a package.

This hotel has the best hotel location for the beach in the Bang Bao bay. We stayed in one of the more basic beach bungalows, however the bed was comfortable (firm which we like), there was aircon, bathroom good and best of all, a veranda with deckchairs overlooking the jetty and beach. A wonderful place to watch the sunset. Loved it here! The food in the restaurant was good and they put on a magical New Years Eve party for free. The staff were all very friendly.

Nothing. Although I heard they are moving the bar and restaurant from the beach front in 2025, I think this would be downgrade if that plan happens.

Beautiful location, really nice breakfast, easy check-in, friendly staff. The bar beside the restaurant makes a good cocktail too and has a wonderful view. The sewage smell people are referring too I’m pretty sure is actually just the mangroves.. that’s just what they smell like, it’s an island.

There were a couple of things that would have made a big difference. Firstly I don’t think the sheets had actually been changed when we arrived. The bed was full of sand down by the feet and was stained with someone’s fake tan. Having a dustpan and brush or a broom would have been good too, the beach side bungalow gets unavoidably sandy and the first day we put out the sign for the room to be made up it was missed even though it was placed outside at the right time. I would have appreciated mosquito coils in the room without having to request them. From about 3pm onwards there are swarms of Jumanji sized mozzies and dengue fever is in the region, especially being rainy season. Sweeping or removing the rubble right outside the sandy beach area of the room would also be a nice touch.

Beach was stunning and there were lots of hammocks/swings etc to enjoy the view. Room was spacious (for a bungalow) and comfortable with all the expected facilities (fridge, TV etc) and great porch chairs with an ocean view. Can use kayak or paddleboards an hour a day and breakfast is good. Good value for money considering some of the more expensive accommodation on the island. Everything you could want from a beach bungalow!

The location, while beautiful, is a bit isolated. You really need to have a scooter to go anywhere off the beach as it's not close to the main road to visit other restaurants etc. But if you have a scooter it is easy to get around the island, or if you are happy to stay at the resort (it has a decent restaurant and bar).

room was nice and clean ,salad the bar man is a good friend and he keeps a great bar and cocktail bar ,beach is nice sea is lovely and clear

think the food could do with a menu upgrade hard to get away from thai food would be nice to have a burger or steak on menu for a change being from uk the breakfast was the same very much catered for thai people but was eatable ,the rooms are lovely and big and clean just found the area a bit messy outside rooms and walking around just looked like could do with a spring clean by the staff and a clear up apart from that its a lovely place
