Perfect hotel, luxurious, huge room with amazing design, they pay attention to the smallest details. Pool in the room. Beautiful beach with coconut trees. Very helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile and a willingness to assist. Very good location.

For improvement: There was a very strange incident as soon as we arrived. We were seated at reception waiting for our key, they served us pineapple and drinks, but as soon as they placed them on the table, they asked us to get up and took us on a tour to show us the resort. When we returned to reception, the drinks and fruit were no longer there. What’s the logic in serving something and then immediately taking it away? They placed us in a somewhat noisy room that was the closest to the restaurant and pool. The breakfast doesn’t really cater to vegetarians and vegans. We paid the same as those who eat meat, so why are we only given basic products like vegetables and fruits?

Our stay at the High Season Pool Villa & Spa on Koh Kood was absolutely perfect. The Deluxe Pool Villa exceeded all our expectations and provided a wonderful retreat for a relaxing holiday. The exceptionally friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, greeting us with genuine Thai hospitality throughout our entire stay and anticipating our every need with impeccable service. The convenience of being able to rent a scooter directly from the resort was a fantastic addition to our stay. The rental process was quick and hassle-free - exactly what you want while on vacation. This gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful island of Koh Kood at our own pace. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, spaciously designed, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. For anyone seeking a combination of luxury, privacy, and first-class service in a paradise-like setting, the High Season Pool Villa & Spa is the perfect choice. This is a resort we can recommend without any reservations.

Despite the overall good experience, there were some notable drawbacks: The WiFi was very slow and unreliable with frequent outages. The coffee served at breakfast was disappointing and below 5-star standards. Probably one of the worst I ever had. While luxury pricing is expected, the restaurant and special dining experiences like the romantic dinner were overpriced even for a 5-star resort - especially considering local Thai prices. Consider dining outside the resort for better value.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great location on a beautiful beach although shared with lots of other resorts . Beautiful gardens in the grounds of the hotel with lots to explore . Large and well maintained villas that were comfortable and private with daily housekeeping and evening turndown service where they provide you with desserts and lots of water Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety of western and Asian food with fresh fruit and tropical juices Pick up and drop off services provided complimentary around the island although you can easily rent a scooter for 300 THB/day from reception The high spa was very luxurious and we felt very spoilt Food at the Thai beach front resteraunt was good quality and we dined here on numerous evenings. A great place to watch the sunset

The beachfront restaurant service was average although we understand they were very busy especially during happy hour and the food is quite expensive . Some parts of the hotel are in need of repair and would have appreciated better quality day beds and service on the beach

Love the Fresh Juice and cold press fruit&vegetable juice for breakfast. love the location, vibe and cleanliness. The beach is private and quite and beautiful. Love the surprise wine for a return customer - but wine could be better quality than this please. Love the mini coffee machine Nesspresso in the room. Bed is comfortable. Room is specious for family.

1.More variety in Breakfast meal please. Options for non sweeten fresh soy milk (not instant soy milk such as Vitamilk with sugar), almond milk for coffee. Coffee bean is too bitter - Bon Cafe brand is too bitter. 2. Bakery could be better. 3. Fresh avocado for breakfast please.

Really nice location on a nice beach, evening atmosphere was beautiful with the sunset. The hotel had a saxophonist playing at a sunset time. I had a dedicated staff looking after my needs. Her name was Kate and she was awesome. We kept in touch via WhatsApp. The room facilities are amazing. I had my own little pool. Every little detail was thought of and for the room and amenities nice herbal teas and coffee. The beach had some nice sun lounges and also the swimming pool was quite large to accommodate adults and children too breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety

I suppose in the evening the lighting inside the complex is low it’s like a jungle atmosphere and if it’s raining there’s lots of insects and frogs jumping about nothing wrong with that. It’s just not my preference. I kept on getting lost every now and then looking on my room, but it was fun also trying to find it. The other thing is the amount of money you pay they should have a complimentary shuttle service to some other beaches and the waterfall which was nearby and they charged me over 258 bhatt just to go and see a waterfall which was like 10 minutes drive away I thought that was a bit unfair. They need to have complimentary social service.

The pool villa that we got was very spacious. The bathroom was as big as the bedroom! Outdoor shower was also provided but we didn’t get to have a chance to use it as our stay was mostly pouring rain in the evening. Our family of 4 (with 11 and 9 years old) can sleep very comfortably together, where the hotel turned one to sofa bed. The staff (K.Nikky) are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our hotel activities (i.e. afternoon Muay Thai boxing and morning Yoga). The spa was also superb. Aroma and Foot massage is highly recommended. We would definitely recommend this to our friends. Would definitely go back again.

The upkeep of the garden (in front of the big swimming pool) could be trimmed a little bit more.

The property is simply amazing. Facing the beach or sit at their huge colorful pool, you're constantly immersed in the nature. The resort looks endless with greenery everywhere. The pool villas are lovely in terms of colors, design and light exposure. That yellowish/mustard color is simply outstanding. Even in the pool, it makes the water look green so even more natural. Huge bathroom space, love the light coming from the top of the shower, it reminds me Moroccan houses. Fantastic staff, mainly Jimmy.

They need to fix quickly the tiles at the entrance of the resort, just in front of the lobby..I think it has just been done so it's an unfinished job, but better to make it as faster as possible being the first thing you notice when you arrive: it doesn't have to ruin the beauty of the entire resort! Cleaning could be deeper in the outdoor areas to make it a 10/10.

This is a very nice hotel during high season. Nice staff and good breakfast and a good quality of servie.

We went during low season and we knew that in advance. But the hotel was sadly half closed so no beach bar open, no comfortable seats in beach, no dining on beach. Just the bungalows and central restaurant open. I understand it is because of weather but we sat alone at the beach in the dark and it was quite possible to be there so we missed the bar, the lights, the music we had when we were at this hotel in high season. Next time we will come back in high season oktober-december instead.

We have stayed in many great hotels and resorts, but High Season tops them all. Especially the staff had been great. Many thanks and kudoos to Nicky. He wil assist you with everything. I saw him even at a waterfall making sure the visiting guests were ok and had a good time. The dining area is on the beach side and near to perfect. The chef and the staff know what they are doing and will try to cater you in any way possible. We enjoyed the villa and the private pool. The breakfast is awesome. It is in buffet form, but they also service you at the table for drinks and ordered food. Thanks for a great stay.
