We loved the resort. Everything was perfect.

On our last day some people arrived, who started using our private pool (shared with 5 rooms) with their whole community (even those who had booked normal rooms) and that was very nerving. They also started to smoke under our room and all the smoke came to our room.

The location is stunning, the beach is amazing. Crystal clear water and lots of shade. You can kayak 20 mins along the beach to a fabulous snorkel spot (moving left as you look out to sea). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely, there’s a fridge and kettle, and bottled water is provided daily if you want it. We also did the snorkel trip which was well worth it to see all the coral as well as the fish. The free kayaks were a big bonus.

Food is just OK, Im not huge fan of Thai food so that’s really my problem, but there could have been more options especially at breakfast. I would have liked more fruit besides watermelon and dragonfruit. I was surprised that there isn’t a communal pool, it’s not clear from the listing. You don’t really need it because the beach is so lovely but it’s important to know.

The location is amazing, the beach is just fabulous, it’s super quiet and relaxing and the view from the bar is gorgeous. The staff are lovely. Really nice, rustic place to relax

- very few vegetarian options, absolutely everything has meat in it - please please reduce the use of plastic! I was really sad to be given a plastic straw with every drink. I was in India recently and even there it was only bamboo/metal/compostable cardboard. And same for water - everywhere I stayed in India had filtered water available for guests. I dread to think how many plastic bottles are used every day, week, year…

Despite the overwhelming majority of negative reviews we read online, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peter Pan resort. We stayed in a room with the pool and a sea view, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and met all of our expectations. The staff at the resort was the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever experienced. The hospitality should be a benchmark for all resort and hotel teams to aspire to. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the dining area had a gorgeous ocean view. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay here.

Many online complain about the upkeep of the facilities, though our room and shared facilities were in great condition. The roofs of the buildings do show their age and haven't been maintained like the newer resorts, but other than that, we thought everything was wonderful.

The location is the best thing about Peter Pan Resort. It’s right at the most wonderful beach! Really stunning. It was easy to rent scooters onsite to get to the nearby beaches.

Not really value for money. The cabins are ok, but pretty run down. We expected more at that price. Breakfast was average and WiFi connection pretty bad. The staff was not super welcoming. Helpful when approached, though. Not worth spending the extra money for a canal view cabin. We were eaten up by mosquitoes. :-)

Service and staff are very very very caring, attentive, supportive, kind and friendly. Peter Pan is a resort which really cares their guest. For example, we went to Khongchao waterfall one day during our stay, for the path is dangerous and we have 8 kids, they sent 3 staff as our safe guards, which is truly amazing. I love this hotel!!!

Facilities, equipments and decorations are somewhat old. Rooms are damp due to the monsoon perhaps.

The bar only had Chiang beer 2 out of the 7 days we were there & it was only in cans then even though they did have a draft facility.

Resort is excellent. Lovely location on a spit of beach. There a plenty of places within walking distance. We had a smaller villa with a shared pool which was in great condition and very handy for everything. Breakfast could be improved.
