The design is super cool, the room very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff in the reception are super friendly

I could give 10 easily, but the hotel could do some basic improvements. 1- the breakfast could do few easy improvements. Having only instant coffee is really bad when you charge at least USD per night. The mango kept ending, just put a big fruit table. 2- the hotel should offer beach towels. This is a basic rule in beach resorts. 3- Even though this can be difficult because of the sea, there was some garbage and trash below the bungalows. The hotel should try to improve that. It is a paradise, but it is a bit frustrating entering your room looking to plastic botlles

Cozy small houses in gorgeous nature. Just few steps down the wooden pathways through flower gardens is small private beach. Restaurant is big and airy with wooden floor and view on the sea. Very helpfull and skilled staff personel.

Not much. Little messy at entrance to the resort. The hotel amenities already has some wear. But it feels more like patina than broken.

The staff was very friendly, and I got a free room upgrade. For snorkelers, this place is great for snorkeling, with lots of fish and very clear water. The hotel restaurant is not expensive.The ferry costs 600 bath per person for one way with company ( Koh Kood Express Ferry). The hotel is in Thai style and you have alot multiple options for photo shoots.

- clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable bungalow (b3, on the beach) - just next to a beautiful beach, great for snorkeling - nice boardwalk between the beach and the reception/restaurant - the staff was friendly

The location was great with excellent value for money. The staff were very nice, helpful and happy as well. The food was not consistent, sometimes it was OK and sometimes it was great but overall good. There are kayaks and snorkels that can be used and a great place to relax on the beach or by the pool.

The only negative part of the stay was that the bathroom does not have much ventilation and it gets a weird musty smell, it would have been better if the window could open.

This place is awesome. Nice pool. Beautiful private beach. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Maybe it needs some equipment renovations at some places

The location of the hotel was a treat to the senses. The food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. All the staff were happy to help and made us feel welcomed.

I would suggest to do more maintenance on the boardwalks as there were wobbly strips in some parts. Check areas for plastic debris brought by the current and remove as much as possible.

The beach and location were brilliant. Breakfast not good. Tea and coffee out of machine were awful. Everything else very good.

Staff, location, food, everything , special thanks to the reception staff for being so kind and accommodating.
