Everything was amazing. Nice pool, great breakfast and genuinely cheerful, kind staff. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, it was lovely. Felt like i never needed to worry about anything and if there was any issue, staff would take care of it. The rooms were very clean and big. Beds comfortable. The bath was great! Felt so luxurious for such a low price. We ended up staying 3 nights extra because we didn't want to leave.

The location is a bit far from the center. However we had a scooter and there are plenty of tuk tuks, which cost about 1 dollar to go into town. Actually the hotel was so nice we never even wanted to go into town anyway!

Very comfortable room, good beds and bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Pool area was pretty. Breakfast was fine. Staff particularly helpful, with booking tours for us, and when an ATM stole our card one manager went to the bank himself to try to fix it. Mr Paul was always friendly and helpful and greeted us by name every time we went into reception, and when our A/C stopped he immediately came to fix it. Thank you for looking after us!

No soap provided in the bathroom, and no mirror in the bedroom - these would be my suggested improvements. Pool towels not available when we went to the pool.

Enjoyed some days for vacation with a local friend in Siem Reap and couldn‘t have been happier to have chosen Green Amazon Residence to stay. The Place itself is lovely- wonderful peaceful area but close to the City Center (few min by TukTuk). High quality Standard with tasteful modern enterieur, always kept clean. Service was always there and very helpful but never too annoying/close. Such humble and kind staff, especially Lina (sorry in case of misspelling) and her male colleague during the Night Shift. Plans für Tours were supportively organized by the Team, if asked for, and there was a wonderful TukTuk Driver, Nay, who is associated with the hotel and fulfilled all our wishes during each tour. I will keep the unforgettable stay at Green Amazon in best memory.

Staff are attentive and friendly Food at the hotel well priced and delicious I really liked the old chef, his food was outstanding. The new chef, her food is tasty as well. The young man there works very hard to please and help you

It’s a bit farther away from normal traffic but Mr Nara Meas ,a Tuk Tuk driver who hangs out there ,is cheap and outstanding and speaks English well. As does the front desk supervisor who is very accommodating So they get you to where you need to go

This is a new hotel, with lovely furnished rooms and a beautiful swimming pool. It is well located in a quiet area, but is only a short Tuk Tuk ride from the city centre. But the very best thing about this hotel are the staff, they are all wonderful, happy and helpful people. We could not have been hosted any better, we loved our stay, it was fantastic. We were in Cambodia for a month and this hotel was far and away the best we stayed in. We would highly recommend it.

Nothing, it was perfect.

My group had an exceptional experience at Green Amazon. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, offering warm hospitality and invaluable assistance throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, from the luxurious amenities to the impeccable cleanliness, making for a truly unforgettable accommodation experience. We also booked their van rentals for a group of 13 people and there were no issues. Mr. Lucky was so helpful with transportation and much more, Mr. Sophoun provided excellent communication along the way as we prepared the trip, and the front desk staff was so awesome. Thank you Paul, Rany, Jasmine, Sari, Oscar, and Nate!! We will absolutely be back next year.

Everything was wonderful. The only thing to look out for is the step that enters into the restaurant - easy tripping hazard. However, I often saw staff there warning people about it.

Amazing accommodation. Extremely clean and homely. Staff were the loveliest and took care of me at every turn. The hotel is close to attractions and the main street (about 5 min $1 ride) but still situated far enough from the traffic and noise. It was the perfect oasis to wind down during my travels. The local circus -run by a school is close by. After a day of climbing and walking around to visit the Angkor ruins, the bath tub and huge pool was a life saver! The restaurant conveniently located at the lobby had comforting and yummy food too, saving me a trip to the busy street after long touring days. My trip was made perfect with Green Amazon.

Nice location (near to the centre yet away from it and its noise), very friendly, courteous and helpful staff, good systems in place, comfortable stay, very useful help for sight seeing. I would recommend using hotel reception tips. The rides arranged by the hotel to and from the airport and city centre are very reasonable and assured compared to Grab. Good, sumptuous breakfast. The rooms are quite big with a balcony.. overall had good feeling!! Special thanks to Mr. Paul and the young lady and our Tuktuk driver Mr Vutha (very careful and caring driver, we were with him for 3 days for the temple tours) +855 96 534 2232.

The bathroom fixtures need to be repaired, a mirror in the room is a necessity. In general bathroom facilities can be improved a lot.

This hotel is simply amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The room is spacious and modern with a large bath tub in the room, huge comfortable bed, powerful air conditioning and big separate bathroom with shower. The outside area is lovely, the pool is really big and modern. The breakfast has a good variety of food and juices and the staff were very attentive. A special mention to Mr Lucky who greeted us by name every morning and made sure we had everything we needed. We extended our stay as we were enjoying our time so much.

Everything! Large rooms, a spa tub, private patio next to the large pool! Every morning you got a great breakfast with good variety, and some incredible coffee and fruit too! The staff are incredible, and ensure your every need is met. We came to them with on problem and they went above and beyond to make up for it. Best two weeks I spent in Cambodia! 11/10

Some guests don't seem to follow hotel rules and think because they have children that etiquette and manners don't apply to them. Not the hotels fault, but quite a few snobby guests.
