We received a free upgrade. Rooms are huge, the beds a little hard, but this is normal in Asia. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and a bath tub. Breakfast was served and really nice breakfast options available. When we did the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat they even provided a breakfast box. All staff members were very courteous, attentive and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Value for money was exceptional!

Can't think of anything really. Maybe if you like a central location in Siem Reap this hotel is not ideal as the center can only be reached by Tuk tuk. For us this was perfect as we preferred a calm oasis out of town.

Of all the 4 places i stayed in Siem Reap this was the best valeu very affordable and great place to stay nice pool area good room was the last place i stayed an honestly if it had been the first would have been the only place, very local area but was fun to take walks trough the very local market next to the property

Its a bit far from the center of town, the air dryer could be replaced with one that wasn't half melted and the pick up was half an hour late and no sorry or explanation for the delay!

Beautiful hotel and for the price we paid was it absolutely amazing. Huge, clean room with a nice sitting area outside in front. The staff was friendly and there is a market next to the hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was fine. Tuktuk drivers are waiting in front of the hotel to bring you into town. We were drive around by Mr. Mao the friendly Tuktuk driver who speaks a bit of English.

Absolutely stunning property, this place really is incredible and could not fault it from the service through to the rooms we were thoroughly impressed. In our opinion it’s a 10/10 property. The staff can not do enough to help you, the rooms were spotless and well equipped and furnished - and not to mention huge! Breakfast is brilliant, the pool is great and location wise we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay again if in the area - thank you !

Location was a Little Unpleasant. Not so far from city center (1 $ and 10minutes on Tuek-Tuek), but Sloppy streets and a local market nearby. Breakfast was Monotonous but no problem for this price.

Amazing oasis behind a busy market but quiet! The staff are professional and Very helpful ! Helped me with a late check out! Restaurant served good food and wine at reasonable prices .pool is clean and temperature was great

The hotel is behind a market and you are a little out of town .a good 20min walk!

We loved the location because it was right next to an old market and out of town. Probably not up your street if you wanted to be in town. However tuktuks were 1 dollar into town and took 5 mins. Quiet and comfortable and the staff were really friendly.

They were just open up to tourists it seemed like. So some of the surfaces still needed cleaning. But other than that it was great.

We liked this hotel a lot. The pool area was very relaxing, the staff very helpful and the food was delicious. We booked a big room and it did not disappoint. They also offer pickup from the airport which was nice

The only minor thing is that it is situated slightly out of town, but with passApp and grab we did not have a problem.

The well memory with good hotel many trees at Poolside when i am slept at sunbed i heared sound of many birds look natural. The staff friendly and helpful. The room is large wonderful decorating inside. i high recommend this hotel, the comfortable staying.

Love the large room and comfortable bed, my room is viewing to the swimming pool. I love the most is this hotel close to the local market I was enjoy walking around to see local lifestyle. Staffs are helpful and I went out to the pub street, they call tuktuk for me. I will back to stay again soon.
