I had the impression that they didn't care, even though the staff had enough time to find a solution.

The property is beautiful and is located towards the end of Saracen bay. A note that there is ongoing construction, as in other parts of the island.

Considering this is the most expensive accommodation on the island, I found the FOH service to be a mixed experience. The restaurant staff were inconsistent and needed reminding about drinks on a couple of occasions. I also booked a tour through the hotel reception, only to be informed it had been cancelled when I arrived ready to go. While a WhatsApp number is provided for assistance the responses weren’t always helpful. I understand it’s low season, so perhaps the B team was on duty.

I couldn't believe the quality of this place for the bargain of what we paid. It was five star service, we got a room upgrade, and everything was beyond beautiful. Earlier reviews mention construction work but that must all be complete now. The room was seriously lux. Free use of their kayaks at any time. Beach beds were lovely.

The one thing it's lacking is a pool, but at a nearby resort they let you use their pool if you buy 10US$ worth of food/drink, so we enjoyed doing that. And I think Island Centre Point has more luxurious rooms than the resorts with pools, so we got the best of both worlds!

The location was perfect on one edge of Saracen Bay, so it was very calm perfect for relaxing. There were beach beds for everyone. The room was really clean and comfortable, with a very original semi-open air bathroom. The breakfast was very good with amazing view. The staff very nice and ready to help. The spa/massages available were also very good.

A perfect relaxing stay at this resort, travelling solo and looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful Island. Everything was cozy, from the cleanliness of the room to the staff humble hospitality, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property. I enjoyed the spacious room and open bathroom with bath, and the lovely people working in this resort that are always looking after you with a special kind hospitality. I work in the industry and the experience was impressive. The breakfast is fantastic also with western choices, I enjoyed lunch and dinner options too. I recommend it if you like to have a peaceful stay with comfort and a beach almost all by yourself, there is so much potential and I will consider coming back again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Island Center Point. Facilities are really good and the beach is clearly the nicest along Saracen Bay. We could have spent the whole day on the beach cabanas.

The food at the restaurant is a bit disappointing. We always ate out at lunch and at dinner. There are better places to eat along the beach.

What an incredible stay we had! Firstly, the staff were incredible. Smiling and helpful, they always went out of their way. The location was immaculate right on the beach. Wifi was great, I was even able to get some work done. The room was incredible, beautiful outdoor bathroom with rain shower and bath. And the breakfast was one of the best we've ever had for an inclusive breakfast!

The only downsides were our bar fridge didn't really get cold, so we couldn't keep cold drinks in it. Also the restaurant/bar is pretty pricy compared to other places on the island.

I stayed at Island Center Point on Koh Rong Samloem as a solo traveler and had an amazing experience! The location is absolutely perfect — right on a peaceful, beautiful beach with soft sand and crystal-clear water. It’s the ideal spot to disconnect and recharge. What stood out the most for me was the incredible helpfulness of the staff. Traveling alone, it’s always nice to feel looked after, and the team here made sure I felt welcome from the very first moment. They were always approachable, friendly, and ready to help with anything — whether it was organizing transport, giving advice about the island, or simply having a chat. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The bungalow was simple, clean, and perfect for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the hammock outside — a great place to enjoy the view and the calm atmosphere. If you’re traveling alone and looking for a safe, welcoming, and peaceful place to unwind by the beach, I can highly recommend Island Center Point. I would definitely come back!

Breakfast was excellent, served as a set menu with enough variety to suit my tastes – the Eggs Benedict was especially good, along with fresh juice, coffee, fruit, and warm bread. The rooms were luxurious, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. While the shower and toilet are in an outdoor-style setting, they worked perfectly well. The resort is located on the quieter east side of Saracen Bay, ideal for relaxing. The beach was lovely, with easy access to the sea for swimming, and I really appreciated the double-bed and sun loungers provided – a great bonus for unwinding.”

Meals at restaurant in the evening were good but a bit pricier including beers with a set menu to choose from however the quality food and presentation was good.

We absolutely loved our stay at Island Center Point – it completely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The room was private, clean, and very comfortable, and the sunbeds just steps from the beach were a dream! The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and with great vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff were truly wonderful: friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. This place is a little slice of paradise, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil and beautiful island experience.
