My stay at One Beach Resort on Koh Rong Samloem was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only incredibly friendly but also consistently punctual, reliable, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was arranging transfers, offering local recommendations, or simply ensuring my room was spotless, they went above and beyond to make my stay truly special. The resort itself is a dream. The location is unbeatable—nestled on a pristine, quiet beach with crystal-clear waters and soft white sand. It’s the kind of place where you can completely unwind and take in the beauty of your surroundings. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything feels peaceful and private. The rooms are equally impressive—modern, clean, and without any trace of humidity or mold that you might worry about in tropical environments. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was perfect for a restful night after a day of sun and sea. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout my stay; the housekeeping team was always on point. If you're looking for a serene escape with outstanding service, a stunning beach, and a relaxed atmosphere, One Beach Resort is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning, and I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Koh Rong Samloem.

Breakfast was average - slim pickings. Restaurant running on limited menu so perhaps a supply issue. Food overpriced compared to the other resort on the same beach which was clearly getting all of the customers.

Everything. Honestly where to start?! The team sorted a taxi boat, at a very reasonable price compared to what we were offered when asking on Koh Rong. Even though it's a small walk from the quiet pier, we had a lovely surprise of the staff with a golf buggy to transport us and our things to the beautiful hotel! Such a welcome! Cannot fault this stay at any point. Quiet season discount and then a further upgrade with a BEAUTIFUL decorated room on the beach front. The amazing food! I'm vegetarian and in no way was that a problem, easily catered for! Great breakfasts selection and the bar team with the cocktails impressively made and a tasty wine selection! (I had the Cote du Rhône!) Everything clean and such a nice enjoyable time. The biggest stand out was the service by far. Everyone friendly, great sense of humour, attentive and knowledgeable and clearly experienced in hospitality. Invited us to a game of volleyball with the team after their shift ended! Such a great environment! I cannot recommend this place enough. I will certainly return for a quiet break in paradise! Thank you to everyone! 🙏

Lovely Hotel! We had a brilliant stay. Came for my partners birthday and it did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Even creating a beautiful fruit carving birthday surprise, they really helped make our weekend a special one that we will never forget. The free pick up was also appreciated from Saracen bay. The first night we had the BBQ on the beach, which I would definitely recommend to anyone staying. We split the single person option between two and had more then enough food. Cocktails are also great and reasonably priced considering the hotel and location. We loved being able to use the free Kayaks too. We booked the beach bungalow and were not disappointed. The bed was a brilliantly comfortable, the room clean and the ac very much working. Overall, while a bit pricey, One Beach Resort is a lovely place to stay with very welcoming and helpful staff and a comfortable atmosphere.

The only improvements I would offer, are to fix the inconsistencies. The Hotel is in a great location, and the restaurant is nice with good Chefs. However, the food is quite overpriced. This means the place is very quiet as people seemed to just walk up the road or the beach to find a cheaper alternative. It feels very confusing for the hotel to offer a BBQ which was great value and super tasty, but if you want a basic Khmer Meal like lok lak it can cost $5 more then anywhere else. Also portion size varies. Also the Boat Tour being offered is $25 a head at the hotel. However, it will only cost you $15 to book through the same company if you contact them directly. Same with massages.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning, with early check up and a room upgrade. The staff is the greatest ++ for this resort, very prompt and friendly. This is the place to come if you want to relax. The beach is empty, the sea is clear and beach is sandy and clean. The Villa I stayed in was spacious and modern, very clean. Breakfast is diverse and they vary it from day to day. Cocktails were excelent.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Beautiful location on a wonderful beach. Nice comfortable rooms with excellent cold AC which is much needed. Good breakfast selection, at the price I paid it was good value for money. Drinks prices were reasonable given you are basically a captive audience.

Dinner selection on a la carte menu was limited and expensive. We went to Art Sky Bar just up the hill both nights for good bbq food. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (2 nights) which is a bit annoying as everything gets a little sandy.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious. Highly recommend that you book a holiday here.

Amazing Staff, caring and thoughtful at all moments. We felt very protected and looked after all the time. Although we docked on the other side of the island due to the waves (something that happens frequently and for which no one warns you before at the port) they took our luggages uphill and downhill providing a transfer service on an island with almost no roads. Even if a bit bumpy, we made it to the resort with low effort (just a steep staircase which is necessary given the morphology of the island). The resort is beautiful, located on the side of a protrusion, the best on the beach by fair. The first night we stayed on the closest suite to the restaurant, which is noisy due to the ventilation system. We then moved the day after and everything was perfect. special mention for Chhoeung who was always there for everything, from the docking, to bringing up and down the luggages and all things during the stay. Amazing guy

After a series of incidents with other accommodation, the staff at One Beach Resort were so kind and very helpful, we have stayed on the island for 12 nights and it has been the best decision ever, the resort is perfect as a getaway, to relax, to forget everything and just have a good time, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they have in hand everything you need to make your stay smooth and easy, the amenities were great and the room with sea view it was the best. We have enjoyed our time.

Not many vegetarian options in the menu, however the chef and the restaurant staff were always trying to make different ones.
