The staff here are wonderful - they really understand hospitality and could not do enough for us. We visited at the start of the rainy season, so if you are interested in amazing cloud formations, rainbows, dramatic sunsets and sunrises and intense (short) thunder and lightning storms then visit here towards the end of May - AMAZING. The resort was very quiet which suited us (and anyone else who enjoys complete peace and quiet). We would visit again in a flash.

I am susceptible to insect bites and the sandflies had a few tasty meals from me. If you take sensible precautions, by NOT sitting in the sand, using inspect repellent and wearing long clothing at dusk, you'll fare better than me.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Also has a pool overlooking the beach. Great restaurant with lots of choice but a bit short on vegetarian options. Staff were fantastic.

Access on and off boats at the pier is not great, especially if you’re a bit older or have mobility issues. The pier is very high and there is no steps or ladder. Their bioluminescent plankton “ tour” consists of a non English speaking fishing boat owner taking you out into dark waters and gesturing for you to jump off. No information or safety checks. Not for the feint hearted.

Loved my tube. it was extremely comfortable, with a little sofa and a really good sized shower. It was spotlessly clean and had good lighting options to make it cosy, and aircon was excellent. The resort has a beautiful beach, with lots of comfortable sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. Breakfast had really good variety. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. It's a great place to chill out for a few days.

The restaurant food isn't the greatest, and there is limited choice in the area. My main quibble with this resort isn't the fault of the hotel, but transport to the resort isn't particularly safe. The boat that stops at the beach has terrible reviews, including for safety. The better boat only stops at the main bay on the island, meaning you need to take an expensive water taxi. My experience of the water taxi also wasn't very safe as a storm came in.

This resort is at the best location at Koh Rong Sanloem. Clean and beautiful resort with great hospitality. We checked around other places on the same beach, but they were very dirty. The staff keeps this beach clean. The decoration is amazing and a great peace of mind when you want a relaxing vacation. The staff of this resort are just the best! Additionally, you can get great food here. Thank you for the wonderful service Tube Resort team. We will always remember your amazing service!

Lots of cute dogs around. I am allergic to dog saliva, so it was a bit unpleasant for me. Additionally, the boat trip was not very good. The boat ride was unsafe (not at all the resort staff’s fault). Only one thing that can be improved is there are marks on the table, maybe those can be painted. But to be honest, the very polite behaviour of the resort staff made up for that!

The breakfast was great and the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. The vegetarian Thai Green Curry was amazing !!!

My friend got upset at the length of time it took his cocktails to arrive but when you're sitting in such a beautiful place it's hardly the worst problem in the world ! The only big problem is the acrid smoke from the burning of rubbish which makes reading by the pool impossible for part of the afternoon. It was shocking to see all the plastic dumped further down the beach.

Beautiful beach, Bungalows are in the shape of kind of tunels, who fit in very nicely in to the landscape not at all disturbing nature. the restaurant is right on the beach, wich is great Breakfast is very rich, Asian and Western choices, very tasty. Staff is mostly friendly, only one was not nice and not helpful and gave wrong information at reception. You can go for nice hikes. From the next bay , Sarazene bay it is sometimes not possible to get to the pier close to hotel. But, if they leave you at Pearl resort, don't worry it really is - against expectations - a only 15 - 20min walk to the hotel.

the door lock kept blocking and wasn't really fixed till we left after a week. there are canoes and SUPs on the beach but now one rents them as they are hugely overpriced (10USD 1 hr) in other beaches you pay 10USD for a day!

Location was really nice, the house was clean and beds comfortable

Staff was not really helpful when asked about ways to go to different beach. They were like “it will take 3 hours of walk” but didn’t give us any alternatives. We did find an alternative by ourselves. Moreover when we were leaving, they took us to the pier on the other side of the island (cause of strong winds next to tube resort). They were in contact with the ferry company at all times yet they took us to the pier at 12pm. We were waiting for the ferry in heat and without water/food for 3!!!!! Hours. When we called them to bring us water they didn’t do anything. They were in contact with the ferry company, so u don’t know what was the reason for them to put us at the pier so early! It takes less than 10mins to get to that pier.

Beautiful beach location for a relaxing stay. The ferry stops right in front of the resort. Friendly and helpful staff. If you want a place to chill for a few days, this is it. If you want to explore the island then you probably need to stay somewhere else. The only transport options are water taxi and organised tours. There's a very small mini mart about a 10 minute walk away but it only stocks a very small range of goods.

My lack of planning. I would have liked to explore the island, but the only transport option was expensive water taxi (my fault, nothing to blame the resort for) Iwould however stay there again if I was looking for a place to chill.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cube Hotel for over two weeks. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The private beach was also very clean and well-maintained. Rooms were clean and big. Pool was clean as well and the restaurant was pretty good !

The only downside is that the city isn't within walking distance, so you're pretty much limited to the resort

The resort is in the most idyllic location. Right on a beautiful clean beach in a small bay and very close to rocks, either side with the most fantastic snorkelling. It really is like swimming through a huge aquarium. The best snorkelling we've experienced so far in Cambodia. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The resort booked our return ferry and it was super quick and easy to get from Sihanoukville port. Beautiful location for the restaurant where you have breakfast. They serve delicious food for dinner too. Could not recommend this more. We had the most amazing time!

Nothing at all. Just perfect!
