The breakfast was what I expect from a full continental breakfast which include eggs and bacon in this case. Lots of hotel chains when they offer continental breakfast, it's only cereal, yogurt, etc... The location is great and easy access to everything (malls, airport, etc...)

The rooms were a little dated but comfortable beds. For example no usb plug in anywhere, not even on the desk area such as the lamp!

This Inn is located in a commercial district of Calgary not far from the Airport. We enjoyed our 2 night stay, the room and bed were comfortable. The Inn has good facilities and breakfast was included. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This Inn also has good accomodation for families. The on site restaurant is only open for breakfast so you will need to walk or drive for dinner options.

You will need a car to stay here as there is limited public transport close by. Small thing - our key card wasn't available until the next day so the front desk manager had to open our room with the master key. The card reader was replaced and when we got our key card it worked fine.

This one exceeded our expectations. The location was great in terms of being off the main road and quiet in spite of amenities like gas stations and restaurants being close by. Our room was a spacious and comfortable suite with a living room/area and couch and 2 TVs (one in the living room). It was easy to get Netflix on the bedroom TV, and it also had a sleep timer which many TVs don't nowadays (dunno why!). There was a good exhaust fan in the bathroom and the HVAC in the room worked fine. The included breakfast was also very good.

No USB outlets near the bed, had to use adapters. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bathroom would have been nice in this otherwise well-equipped room.

Very clean and homey. Front desk lady was very pleasant. Felt like a hallmark movie at Christmas if it was as decorated for Christmas :) Had breakfast the next day and it was hot and tasty, grabbed a muffin and yogurt to go. Nice little area to eat in too. The room was so spacious even had a living room area. Bathtub was very spacious and clean as well. Hot tub and pool were clean and well maintained for the age of the building. The location is odd, but on the outside of Calgary but for us we didn’t want to go into Calgary so it was nice being close to the highway. It’s close to airport as well and you would think you would hear all the planes but you honestly don’t, was an overall fabulous experience.

Pool was quite warm, almost too warm for a pool The room we had set to 18 because we like it cold and it didn’t really cool down at all, so it was an uncomfortable sleep

The breakfast was nice; staff was very attentive and helpful. Food tasted great! My room was comfortable and clean, and quiet. The view? meh. It's ok, though, I wasn't really interested in staring out the window for any length of time.

The attitude of the desk person who answered my call on my checkout day. I said I needed a half hour to get out ot the room (I was exhausted from 3 months of road travel and slept in by an hour). She said that was impossible I had to be out by 1:00 pm. Her sound was of scolding and anger, at least to my ears. I asked what time it was and she responded that it was 12:35. 5 minutes doesn't seem like too much time to me. I managed to get out quickly, so it wasn't an issue; however, I am not accustomed to being scolded as if I were a schoolgirl.

I stayed here recently and overall had a good experience. What I liked: • The hotel accommodated my room requests, which I appreciated. • Location is great close to plenty of fast food places and right off Barlow, but surprisingly quiet. I barely heard traffic during my stay. • My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and even a jetted tub inside. • Breakfast had lots of options, and I loved that they use real cutlery instead of disposable plastic like so many hotels since Covid. It gave the meal a more “at home” feeling, which I think most travellers appreciate. Overall: The room and breakfast experience were great, but the lack of hospitality from staff and the condition of the pool and carpets left me wishing for more. With a little extra care, this hotel could easily shine.

What could be improved: • Staff weren’t very welcoming. I didn’t get the usual hospitality rundown (pool location, laundry, wifi, etc.), and instead was directed to a QR code for info. That’s not my style of hospitality. • The pool area needs more attention. In the evening, the hot tub was very crowded and the water was yellow — quite shocking. I understand staff can’t control the number of kids or guests using it, but a mid-day cleaning or at least checking on it would help. • Carpets throughout the property are stained and feel old, which takes away from the otherwise comfortable atmosphere.

Nice newer property, room was great, included breakfast was good but standard hotel fare. Bonus for me: right on the YYC south flightpath, so I got to plane watch the whole time! They have a secured area out back where I sat to read and watch planes. Pool was large and had a hot tub.

Well, for some people, being on the flightpath of a major airport can be a BAD thing (not me though! I loved it!). However, the rooms were very quiet, and you had to kind of be tuned in to the sound of the jets to hear them. Definitely not too loud that it would keep you awake or anything.

We stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Calgary at the beginning of our trip to Banff and one night at the end of our trip. The check in process was perfection. The front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our room was gigantic and the bed was super comfortable. One our 2nd stay, we got up at 4am to make our flight and the front desk staff offered to grab us a yogurt or something since breakfast was not open yet. This was such a lovely time. Thank you so much!

We stayed overnight for my son's surgery. We got a 1 bdrm suite for a excellent price. The rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was more like a home . The staff were fantastic and understanding when my son started vomiting after surgery . The pool is a bit outdated .However it was very clean and warm . Also the pool is open until midnight. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast with fresh waffles,eggs,bacon,sausage,cereal, toast,muffins...ect I definitely will recommend

The only thing I found odd was the location. I found it felt like a industrial maze with alot of dead ends .

The room we were in was very large. Staff were all very friendly, and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. Pull out bed was clean and comfy.

Tables in the dining area for the continental breakfast were not being cleaned routinely. My wife ended up wiping a section of table so we could eat without getting our arms sticky with syrup. Carpets were pretty stained in the room we were in. Also, the TV in the living room got horrible reception. Couldn't watch anything if we wanted too.
