The hotel was lovely and very clean and the room a great size for family of four. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The children loved the pool and slide. The beds were incredibly comfortable!!

Unfortunately the breakfast didnt cater well for Gluten Free. When asked at breakfast if they had GF bread/toast or if the egg omelette could be GF it was a no, with no offer or suggestion for other options. There was yogurt and fresh fruit though would have expected that other gluten free options could have been catered for. Otherwise we loved our stay here.

The room size was the best thing about this stay (although it was also a short stay). My goodness, it was huge. We were a group of three people and didn't have to spend a night claustrophobic. All the basic amenities were there. It made us feel like we were living in a studio flat, the hotel's plus. After a long, tiring outdoor adventure in Drumheller, I think it was the perfect spot for the location. The breakfast was ok. In terms of the room, the bedding was good. I like that the lavatory and the pressure in the shower were enormous! I liked the morning staff.

Okay, there is nothing significant to dislike except for the fact that breakfast could have been slightly better. This really matters to me in every hotel I choose to go to. If you keep one-day hash browns and the other day beans, it's not happening. I like hash browns and beans together. So, a negative point there only. As for the rest, I believe it was okay. We didn't have many issues with the parking either.

I like that it’s free parking,has free complementary breakfast and the hotel is keeping the room clean everyday, changing every towels each day too..

It’s not really doesn’t like but more on suggestion/recommendation, maybe add hot water pot for the guest to use if we want to drink a hot hoco, or cup noodles or we have a sachet of coffee, specially if we don’t want to go outside because we are too tired for the day we spent going different attractions..

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and value of this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bedding super comfortable, the pool, and especially the water slide, were super fun for our family, and the hot breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful and delicious. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and kind. The shuttle was unavailable when we arrived at the airport, so the staff advised us to take a taxi and obtain a voucher for the driver on arrival at the hotel, which was very convenient! The scheduled airport shuttle on check out was prompt and efficient. This is a perfect hotel if you need a short stay close to the airport in Calgary!

My only complaint are the disposable plastic cups wrapped in plastic in the hotel rooms. Very wasteful.

Loved the king suite bed we chose, very comfy. Loved the no keycard for the elevator so when I ordered food the guy could come right to my door, handy when I have children I don’t want to leave to go to lobby to pick up food.

Why is there swimming lessons going on with multiple people in summer, when it’s busy? Shouldn’t that be a slow season thing and stop in summer? People pay to come to the hotel and want to use the pool and it’s busy as it is.

The check in staff was incredible, quick and efficient. The room was clean for the most part. Bed was comfortable and the TV was a good size! The breakfast was all good food. Coffee was good. The gophers in the side grass part were cool to watch while we ate.

The shower glass was dirty, there was a few hairs left. The jet tub needs instructions so people know that the dial on the wall is for that. Also the Cold water knob leaks (badly). Couldn't connect my prime or anything to the TV even though it said it had the options (which was fine, we watched the cooking channel but would have been nice)

Really beautiful, clean hotel fabulous employees. My kids absolutely loved the pool. It was great. They had a slide. The pool was clean. The hotel room was clean. It was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in a long time. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to It was the first time we use this website and it was super easy. We definitely use. It again breakfast was really great as well.

I think it wasn’t much to eat for breakfast, just boiled eggs, bread and sausage. And my family weren’t like it much.

I did ask for an extra mattress but they replied my message through booking.com and said there is no extra mattress. Cause we have 4 adults and 2 kids, so 2 queen bed weren’t enough space for all of us. We didn’t sleep well.

Waterslide, airport shuttle, kind workers at reception and accommodation even while checkin in late from the airport !

Scrabble eggs in the Breakfast tasted nothing and strange like they were not real eggs. No orange Juice Bit the rest of the breakfast buffet was good. Fresh yogourt, bagels with cheese were appreciate

A perfect half way spot between airport and city for easy access both directions. Breakfast great and local amenities also include some excellent restaurants. Room comfortable clean and well equipped with coffee maker and microwave. Staff are amazing, everyone we encountered kind courteous helpful. A joy to visit, thank you
