Staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. Our room was noisy and they changed me to a different room when I requested. Breakfast choice and included, there were healthy choices amongst predominantly non healthy. Personally a saturated fat high sugar diet isn't my choice. To have other options available just great. Spa pool and laundry facilities (user pay) great. Location about 10 mins walk from town

Bathroom unusual, pulled 2 sliding doors to create a bathroom, room was slightly cramped and a little dated. Having said that it was a good base and bed was very comfortable. Knowing what I know I would stay again.Just make sure your room is at the back away from the trainline. Lighting could be better in room

The beds were very comfortable and room quiet and very clean. Front desk was very quick to respond when we needed something or to answer questions. The breakfast was a bonus with a good selection of food offered. It is right in Jasper so we were close to stores and restaurants. Large assessable bathroom in the building were breakfast is served.

Because our room had a perfumy smell in it ( room deodorizer?) we had them put in an Ionizer for a couple of hours ? while we shopped and ate. It removed the odor completely - so we could rest assured we wouldn't get migraines. :)

The price was a big feature. The room, although on the small size, was clean and comfortable and room enough for the two of us. The walk in shower was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and informative. Breakfast was not great as some of the hot food was less than warm. Variety was fine. The room was quiet and away from noise of town center. A leisurely walk to many restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.

We are not coffee drinkers and that was all that was offered in the room. It would have been nice to have a couple of tea bags and/or hot chocolate.

The friendly welcome upon arrival from the front desk staff along with the offer of chocolate chip cookies and coffee/tea was so appreciated. The room we stayed in was spotless, all appliances worked and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, had a terrific selection of delicious hot and cold items and the eating area was clean/comfortable and well attended to by the restaurant staff. The hot tub area was clean and well looked after. Parking was freely available on the hotel's premises or on the street adjacent to the hotel. Great value for the price! We highly recommend this property!

It’s within walking distance of downtown. So easy to get around on foot and don’t have to bother finding parking when out and about. The outdoor hot tubs are lovely. And come with a mountain view! They were clean and they kept the area around the tubs free of ice somehow. The breakfast room. Wow. Even ample gluten free options. It was all delicious! Makes every other breakfast room look sad compared to this one. And the beds were comfy and room and bathroom were clean. Love having an exterior door to the room. Ramps here and there so it easy to get around with a stroller. And there are trails going up the mountain behind the residential area that are within walking distance, so you can a loop thru the mountain if you like. It might take an hour? I’m not sure. All the hotel staff were wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mount Robson Inn. Our room was small but efficient and nicely updated. The bed was reasonably comfy, the bedding was cozy, and the shower was great. We were surprised at the variety of items offered in the included breakfast. The staff members at reception were very friendly. We like the location of this hotel because it's a nice little walk to "downtown" Jasper. Although it snowed a fair amount during our stay, the maintenance team was quick to clear the parking lot making it easier to get to our parking spot.

We had a bit of trouble regulating the temperature in our room but slept with the window open to keep it cool overnight.

1- well designed, trendy, however still traditional decor, with modern charging ports, light fittings etc. Well done job. 2- Super clean, equipped rooms. Comfortable beds.Good space. 3- very decent breakfast service, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. 4- Didn't get to use the hot tub, but it's located great in the open and would be a brilliant experience. 5- within Inn parking facility.

Hard to pick. The pricing per night is prettyhigh. However, that is Jasper for you.

Breakfast was appreciated by three of us. Two are gluten free/dairy free so we didn't have anything to eat except an apple or orange, maybe a boiled egg. More variety in that would be nice. Facility permitted us to keep our vehicle there while we went on the train from Jasper to Prince George, returning on the train 6 days later, as long-term parking in Jasper is very sparce. We stayed here twice actually; once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end again. The first family room was very large (bunk bed one), and had two full bathrooms. Excellent!

The toilet was a very tight fit between the bathtub/shower and the sink in one of the family rooms on our return trip causing a scrape on one of our arms. Parking was tightly packed together and difficult to negotiate in certain spots with a larger vehicle.

The room was great , breakfast was good and the staff were very good. Close enough to the main town to walk to the many bars restaurants and coffee shops.

The nearby railroad could be noisy if you are a light sleeper but hiking all day around Jasper followed by a good meal and a few beers solved that potential problem 😀

Modern and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get our 3 booked rooms close together despite being fully booked. Good air-conditioning. The beds were comfortable. 2 outdoor hot tubs were a good size. Complimentary breakfast with a good selection and ample seating.

The rooms do not have a kitchenette but are equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and fridge.
