Rooms appeared recently painted and renovated and were comfortable. Morning staff was very nice. Good price, good value.

Check in required more personal identity info then most hotels request, and took a while considering I had prepaid and had no objections to a security deposit (they seem to be popular at hotels this year). Also had to declare I did not have a dog with me. Although he did not ask if I steal towels or trash hotel rooms, it was not a welcoming experience. So I will not be staying here on my next trip despite the otherwise good value.

It was a great location and the rooms were clean! But must importantly the staff was so nice. Firstly the man in the reception when we checked in was very accommodating and helped clear up some confusion regarding double bookings. Then we forgot an item upon checkout and when we returned 6 hours later in the day we were greeted by the sweetest lady. She called several numbers to locate the item and it was finally located. The service from both staff members were beyond expectations!

The staff member on at the time of our stay Elizabeth was amazing! Helped me print something just before she closed up for the evening. I know from experience that it is hard when people are asking you for things just before you finish for the evening so I am very appreciative. Thank you Elizabeth!

It was a bit noisy when people walked past your room but nothing crazy

All the receptionists are friendly and accommodating, especially the manager “Nor”. We always come here 1 or 2x a year. Good place to stay and price of room is reasonable.

The only one that I hope can change is the price for pet which is $30/day per dog. I have 2 small dogs. It is too expensive for me.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast saved us time.

It would helpful if the bathroom had a shelf over the toilet to have xtra toilet paper and washcloths and room for toiletries. The sink counter is not big enough for 3 people's toothbrushes, makeup, and combs and brushes.

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean and modern. The renovations were done extremely well. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Parking lot was cleared of all snow so parking was nice. They handled our broken door fairly promptly. The repair man came at 11:00 at night to get us into our room do to malfunction of the key pad.

I think they could offer some kind of protein for breakfast ( eggs of some kind or a sausage patty). Carbs just do not work for most people. We did not expect a full hot breakfast but a boiled egg or something like that would have been nice.

Room was spacious and elegant. Enjoyed the kitchenette. Breakfast was good, we had parking close to our room. Location was excellent and we were able to get around main attractions.

The room was a corner back one with no view at all - the windows were facing the inner hallway. The WiFi was sluggish somehow.

A room on the bottom floor would have been better for us as seniors. The stairs were difficult for us but that was my fault for booking so late.

Room was comfortable and parking was right out our door. Charming, bright rooms as they each had a large window.

Treadmill in exercise room didn't work for either of our stays. Breakfast was average and not as good as some other places we've stayed.

The hospitality was super great, plus the environment was clean 👌
