Location was great! Love that there was a gas station behind the hotel and a Tim’s, breakfast was included and a banging dinner spot across the parking lot. Room was big and had great features like upgraded tile flooring, electric blinds and plenty of space and accessible plug ins. The included breakfast was also perfect and hit the spot nicely. Staff were also personable and friendly on top of being super helpful and came across genuinely. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Screaming children in the pool getting every chair and surface wet. I don’t mind happy kids, I do mind ear piercing screaming and dangerous water slide use, climbing up the slide while groups of other kids come down, all while the parents all sat outside drinking. Like thanks for making your attempt to relax impact my attempt to relax too…

Honestly, it was a really great experience. The staff were super nice and really friendly. That breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing! The hotel itself was stunning. Highly recommend!

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. Would I recommend it as a romantic place to stay, not necessarily but that's simply because the location isn't ideal and it doesn't give that vibe. But overall it has a great atmosphere

It’s a brand new building and the room was large, including the bathroom, which was designed for wheelchair access. Lovely design, very comfortable large king size bed. Located on the first floor, we appreciated that considering we are seniors. Great breakfast room with good healthy selections of fruit and egg dishes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great restaurant nearby.

I believe this hotel is fairly new so everything was in very good condition and our room was spacious and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and certainly a bonus.

Not really a big problem, but our room was on the ground floor beside the parking lot. In the morning we could hear folks loading up their cars and the cars being started. Some people leave quite early in the morning, so we were woken up earlier than expected.

The hotel was great, but I did hear a bit of noise above me and in the hallway. Not as soundproof as I would have liked. Also, the very loud trucks with loud exhaust constantly revving outside. Was quite noisy. But the hotel itself is amazing and super comfortable and very clean and the staff were amazing!

Was noisy when we stayed as there were teams staying. They bill a $250.00 charge to our credit card for staying and it is processed as a refund when you check out, taking up to 7 days to get back? Thought this was really odd, considering a pre authorization is what other properties do.

The hotel was great, and we enjoyed all of it. Breakfast was included, and the seating area was nice. The front counter staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The soaps, etc, in the bathroom were from Dove, so that is a nice touch. Plenty of parking.

The coffee was not very good. Tastes very burned.

It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were very comfortable. My kids all loved the pool and the slide. I like that pool is open until 11! Breakfast has a great variety and tastes good too. It’s easy access to the highways.

Everything was just as we needed. The back side of the hotel is close to a gas station which was fairly noisy but expected for the location.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was very clean and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable. Check in and out was seamless. The location was only 5 mins from where I had to work all weekend, which was convenient for me. No complaints whatsoever! Probably one of the best stays I've had in a while, and I travel a decent amount for work.
