The staff working at the breakfast were exceptional. They worked very hard to keep the food items well stocked. They were attentive to questions about allergies and helpful in pointing out food options. Good variety for those without allergies. Front desk staff were excellent as well. Helpful in freezing our ice packs, getting towels, answering questions. Very good smooth and timely check in and check out experience.
For us as gluten free vegans there were very few options for breakfast. We appreciated the breakfast staff's kindness and help. Choices available were: bread, muffin, and fruit cup. Towels at the pool were lacking each of the four times we went to the pool. Waterside was enjoyed by the children.

There was a kitchenette available in the room which was great. The fridge had lots of room and there was a sink to wash dishes/fill water bottles. Beds were comfy and the room had an amazing view of the area. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, this is a very nice, bright hotel building and room. Close to some restaurants, gas station, and Walmart.
The shower head was not adjustable (up/down). The breakfast area was way too crowded - there was no where to sit most of the time and we had to share tables with other parties more than once. I think they should provide more seating. Parking was also very full and it was hard to find a spot.

Breakfast was very good. The suite was clean and comfortable. The location was a little removed from Waterton Park but it was a scenic drive to/from the park.
The soundproofing wasn't great, and we heard a lot of stomping from people above us, which made it challenging to get to sleep. Price seemed a tad high but all hotel prices seem to have gone up considerably in the last couple of years, unfortunately.

Lady attendant who works night shift on July 29-30 at the front desk was very nice! She's so kind and accomodating to all incoming and outgoing guest. Overall, everything was as expected. Would love to come back nextyear with family! Would also love to see the night shift lady once again! ❤️
We booked for 2 beds for a private and certain reason, we're given a single bed! But gladly, the front desk lady(night shift) was able to fixed it for us. 💯

The location was perfect for people who are out of town, several places to eat and a Walmart are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were kept very clean. The swimming area and water slide are a great bonus for those with small children or anyone who likes a good soak in a hot tub. Very pleased with our stay would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again in the future.
No staff enforcing rules at the pool. They have signage indicating no children unaccompanied by a adult under the age of 14. Obviously kids are going to break that rule and that is completely understandable. The issue lies in when they are using the water slide, some people do not have the awareness to wait untill the person infront of them has cleared the bottom. This can and very much did create situations of smaller children being run over by larger children who are not being monitored by anybody in the pool creating crying fits and un-needed verbal altercations between concerned parents and the un attended children.

Very clean rooms and hotel, including pool and eating area. Breakfast was decent, refilled often and a few options of hot and cold. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Maybe could have had a few more breakfast options ( fresh fruit and for me some other dairy free options) but really it was quite good.

The person at reception who checked us in - very nice. The kitchen staff worked hard due large groups of families for the long weekend. They deserve a medal for what they had to put up with at breakfast. It was impossible for them to keep up with the crowd and the mess. The room was very clean.
Our room was over the condenser units which made it hard to sleep as they cut in and out.

Evening receptionist was lovely. Couldn't do enough. I didn't get her name. The room was spotless. We drove to Waterton. Easy drive. Had really good pizza at Als across the carpark. Breakfast was simple but good.
It would have been nice to have a kettle but other than that nothing not to like.

I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in. You were forced to answer questions such as arrival time when you weren't really sure when you would arrive. I couldn't complete the checkin without giving all my CC information and a photo of my ID. It made be uncomfortable.

Morning breakfasts had lots of selection, lots of drink options. Liked your filtered water machine a lot! In general, found that all the people working there helped each other out. Thanks for letting me use your freezers for my ice packs too.
Initial check in seemed a bit abrupt but it all worked out ok. The rooms / carpets / paint in stairwells is looking used and tired. Still ok but definitely not for much longer. One or two more trolleys would help, especially in the mornings.
