Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very good AC. Quiet rooms. A great coffeemachine for all kinds of coffee for free accessable at any time at the reception (but there are also coffeemachines in the rooms). Good, easy to handle laundry room with dryer. Perfect location to visit Waterton Lake Park. Pincher Creek has good restaurants and good super markets. All in all this is a very good affordable alternative to stay compared to stay in Waterton Lake. If you want (and you should!) visit Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump World Heritage Site it is even better located. Highly recommended hotel!

Close to BP and Walmart Bed and pillows were great Lots of parking Check in/check out easy Coffee selection was amazing Bagged breakfast is super convenient. Fruit, muffin, granola bar, juice, and yogurt with spoon. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful Soda for sale, ice machine, and resturant on site

I tried to call down for a wake-up call. Couldn't get through. I hung up the phone and it rang ... nobody there. Just kept ringing every time I hung up, and nobody ever was there. I had to unplug it eventually. I used booking.com to message the hotel requesting a 5am wake-up call. Never got one and slept in till 7:30 and was late. The bathroom was small just toilet and shower but the main sink was outside the room. There was quite a bit of noise. Ppl drying clothes past 10 pm Fan in bathroom needed cleaned as it was full of dust and needs cleaned.

Location was perfect being en route to Waterton. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as it was stated during our check-in that the breakfast area would be open at 6 am, expecting it to be, at least, continental type but rather we were handed a bottle of water, a brown bag with an apple, mini yogurt, small muffin, trail mix bar and apple juice box. We are not complaining because it was ok, we were just expecting it to be something else. The room itself was ok however, they don’t seem to be dusting as thick dust in the area of the night table/table, TV stand table, cable box area…you can write your name on it. I’m not expecting it to be super shiny but at least dust a little would be great.

This has to be one of the best Travelodge hotel we have ever stayed. Travelodge is usually a little run down but not this one. Staff is very friendly, room was large and clean and very quiet at night. But the biggest positive thing was the fantastic shower. It's location is very good. A pizza restaurant within walking distance and Walmart just down the road.

Laundry was from 9 to 9. We checked in at 8 so couldn't do laundry in the evening and in the morning laundry wasn't done at 11. This was a minor convenience and clearly done to make sure the hotel was quiet at night, which it was.

Easy to get to and being on the bottom floor being able to enter the room from outside was nice. It worked perfectly for our visit and was easy to get anywhere in Pincher Creek.

The parking lot not being completed so it was a little difficult to get out of the spot. Had to go back and forth a couple times. It didn’t have a lot of space between the curb and other cars being parked. Also the pillows had no support.

Was worried it would be loud - wasn’t at all! Comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, mini fridge has a wee freezer. Mildly dated/ some wear evident, but very clean and comfortable. Not much in walking distance but Boston Pizza and Walmart. Lots of asphalt - not so scenic. But you can’t beat it for price, comfort and cleanliness in a somewhat pared down package. Great room size also.

Bridgette was excellent t at the front desk. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Really enjoyed the complementary coffee and cappuccino machine. The takeaway breakfast was excellent for our tourist group. Room was large and very clean with super fast shower!!. Excellent visit overall.

Room super clean 👌 the bed super comfy and the pillows. I was able to connect my Netflix to watch movies without any issues

My first time ever at Pincher Creek When I got the reservation including breakfast I thought in a real breakfast and didn't have the idea it was only a lunch bag

The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The pub was nice and the hotel manager/bartender was kind and knew how to mix a fine Caesar. There are also VLTs on site for those who like to drop a twenty. It was also just across the parking lot from the Boston Pizza so a change of scenery for beer and food was close by.

The hotel is off the beaten path from the downtown area (although the aforementioned BP is definitely a plus). I also understand that this is a new development and that other amenities will fill in over time.

Quick and convenient brown bag breakfast. Clean and comfy king-sized bed. Enjoyed the convenience of parking outside of our room (separate entrance).

Could hear the person from above walking - noise level was quite high in terms of that. Wasn't horrible for us - may have been for a longer stay or if we had little ones. Or especially if there were multiple people staying above.
