The pool area and all of the plants is just beautiful and a lovely spot to spend time in or out of the water. We loved the saltwater. Having a main floor room that opened onto the pool area was fun for the kids. We had three adults and two kids staying together and we were able to get a great room that had bunk beds for the kids, a fold out couch, and then a separate bedroom with another queen bed in it and another TV. We could all hang out comfortably in the main room on the couch and bunk bed and chair during the day and then at night everyone had plenty of space to sleep. The location was good, easy to find, close to lots of restaurants, lots of free parking (all together our group had three vehicles and there was no problem putting them all there). The free buffet breakfast was enjoyable. There were boiled eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really my one and only observation was that the main areas of the hotel, the foyer and hallways etc. looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. But hey, we weren’t spending a lot of time in those spots and our personal room seemed fine cleanliness wise, so it wouldn’t stop us at all from returning.

I like the pool. Lots of space and live plants. I love that they put us poolside and there's a balcony. Love the complimentary coffees and the full fridge. The room size is excellent.

The wifi is very poor. I would love to have bacon added to the breakfast menu and given one tiny set of shampoo and conditioner to a family of 4. Good thing we brought our own even for a 1 night stay.

I love the pool area love the plants and the walk ways ... just makes it feel so relaxing and inviting. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The outside and inside needs a major facelift ... definitely could use update. The beds were not very comfortable and the rooms are not sound proof at all we could hear the neighbours allll evening long ..

The pool was amazing, with all the trees and lighting made for a more relaxing atmosphere, the pool goes down to a 6ft depth so a person can actually swim. Rooms were alright, definitely aged, but it was nice having a separate bedroom. Very spacious.

It would have been nice if there was a TV in the bedroom, the breakfast was not the best, but definitely have had much worse.

The atrium with pool! Rooms were clean and comfy and staff was very nice at front desk.

Saw cockroach crawling near juice counter in restaurant during free breakfast and told the staff and he didn’t seem to care 😳 also saw some cockroaches on the carpet hallways going to rooms but thankfully not in the room.

The room is worth the price; the center pool is small but very nice decor with the trees.

Breakfast can be better, normally would have some fruits options and salad, no fibre option available.

The hot breakfast was good with several choices. The room was comfortable and spacious. Overall a good stay.

They have to fix the heater in the room. They brought us a portable heater, so we were warm.

The night staff was amazing! Didn't really see or need the day staff but the lady at the front in the evening was beyond amazing, super helpful and friendly! The pool was also lovely!

The hotel definitely needs an update, everything looked much older and worn then in the pictures. The floor in our hotel had water damage and definitely needs to be replaced

Loved the walk out to the pool. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy.

There was no remote for our TV in the room. We notified the front desk, and they had one sent out right away. It didn't work, so they sent someone to the room to fix it. Very minor, and they fixed the problem right away.

Me and family really enjoyed our stay and the swimming pool with the fake trees make it really pretty our next trip we will be staying there again and hopefully get a ground floor

We liked everything about the stay the breakfast the staff and the room and my daughter's enjoyed the pool and hot tub
