We were looking for a nice place to stay on our first days in Vancouver. This place was an excellent choice since it is very near a train station, and very important for me, it is relatively near the Vancouver Trans Canada Trail (https://tctrail.ca). Every morning I went jogging there. At the counter desk, Alex was very kind to give basic information for us to move around the city. It made our trip a lot easier and she also gave us ideas of places to visit. There are supermarkets and a shopping mall within a walking distance. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Our room was so nice and comfortable that we didn´t want to leave. We had a small living room, a faucet, a microwave oven, dishes and eating cutlery, a fridge and a coffeemaker. I loved to have the washroom out side the bedroom. Other guests were as happy as we were. It was nice to chat with other visitors at the restaurant. I certainly would come back to this place when I come back to Vancouver. I just loved the room.

The restaurant service was very slow, although the food was good. The hotel´s gym is very small and basic.

We've stayed here many times. The rooms are clean and well stocked for two. The bed is comfortable. We enjoy having a couch, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes so we can eat in our room when we wish. The restaurant is good with a nice Happy Hour. The location is convenient for us and close to a light rail station, restaurants, and a grocery store with a Starbucks.

We had a room with a jacuzzi for the first time. We did not like having to do a high-step to get into or out of the shower. We're seniors. Younger folks may find it no problem.

The staff were great, excellent customer service by front desk staff like Mohammed and one other lady I forgot her name. Room was very clean, bed was cozy, bathroom was very clean with spacious bath tub. WiFi was great and restaurant was nice with great service by staff. Swimming pool was okay 👍🏽 especially the hot pool. Location was great too, very close to grocery shopping, malls etc

Washing machine area needs to improve. Sometimes experience long queue for washing due to only one washing machine available to serve multiple customers Quite expensive 😌

I liked how parking was included, with lots of spots to choose from I liked the room layout as well and good AC

The hallways smelt like cigarettes. I got in around 10 pm and no one was at the desk, I even walked into the office and rung the bell and no one came. I called the phone provided as well and no one came. For about 15-20 minutes I stood there at the desk. I do understand it was late though.

Very friendly staff, Frank the front desk manager was very helpful and always greeted us when he saw us. Rachel the bartender was very friendly and funny, always going above and beyond. She always asked which game we wanted to watch on the TV. Definitely an asset to the bar/restaurant.The food in the restaurant was fantastic, drinks as well. They have an amazing prime rib special on Wednesday night. Overall experience was fantastic and would definitely stay there again. Close to downtown, gastown and cruise port. Washer and dryer available which was an asset for us.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working.

Perfect room. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shine! The suit includes kitchen with all necessary utensils. We didn’t cook nothing, but it’s perfect if you will stay more than couple days 👌

We didn’t get to breakfast, because the line at the restaurant was huge, and there was only one waitress serving the entire tables

We have stayed here many times. The rooms include a sitting area with a couch and a chair, a desk and chair, a small refrigerator, two sets of dishes, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a separate bedroom. It is easy to eat breakfast in your room if you bring food with you. The bed is comfortable and there is adequate storage for clothing. It's located within walking distance of several restaurants and a Save On supermarket which has a Starbucks. The hotel restaurant, Acqua, has a very good Happy Hour and wonderful cheesecake. The room is serviced daily.

I was allowed late checkout at no cost.

The hotel photo online has a tall building at the back making look like it is part of the hotel.

Location was great, easily accessible. parking lot is well lit. Spacious lobby. Room had good and necessary amenities for family. Housekeeping was accommodating with requests.

Check in was quick but could be better. Info about hotel amenities should be provided during check in. Hotel seems to have one elevator. The stairs we tried to use was dirty, some type of liquid was on the floor. Hotel management should look into this. All stairs should be accessible and usable all the time for safety reason.

I like that the double double room has 2 beds and a sofa bed. Plenty of room for 3 people.

There are bees or wasps in the hedge where the handicap parking is. The driver was very afraid when she was getting out of her truck.
