Very impressed! The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went to extra effort to ensure you were happy and receiving great service. Our pleasure to mention Handra, the frontdesk agent who is tirelessly helping every guest in house. Drinks in the lobby are very tasty and refreshing and healthy too!! The rooms were great! Clean (I have high standards for this) and the beds were very comfy. Also their digital doorknob had an optional extra lock on them which was useful. I hope to return to again, I will definitiely book to stay with Cassandra Hotel!

Very good service of the frontdesk. Easy to find any transportation and close to market. Excellent stay. Wifi is available everywhere and has a high speed. Everyone should stay at this hotel, in my opinion. Renovation is ongoing, which is a good sign, positive indication that the hotel is well maintained. Simple but really clean. No smell of cigarette, no signs that drug addict people are accepted. Hotel is secured with high tech locks. Definitely will recommend to those people who needs a peaceful environment and a decent place.

This hotel is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The location is great, can easily travel to different places in the city. The rooms are especially comfortable. A special shout out to the receptionists. They were extremely helpful, checking on us throughout the day to make sure we had everything we needed. Free internet, free parking, free variety of drinks. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely visit again!

Immaculate rooms, key code entry, free refreshments in lobby and room, short walk to Central Park and Vancouvers largest shopping mall, early checkin really helped, but what really made my stay was the staff. Shana Lee on front desk could not do enough to help, she was incredible, and the lovely Handra gave me a personal tour of the hotel and showed me how everything works. Best staff ever! 🥰

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly remarkable. The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by spectacular view of Vancouver. The frontdesk staff paid a genuine care. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. It's evident that although they are under renovation, the hotel management places a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment, which is especially crucial in today's world. Highly remarkable and recommendable!

By the way I (Mark Thomas) didn't write this (above). Naughty. Naughty, I think it was commissioned by the hotel. Yes, the front staff were very helpful, but it certainly doesn't use words that I would normally use. What I will say is that it is well located for the Central Park parkrun about 1.5km away. I also had a strange encounter, not connected to the hotel, with a man, Marco was his name, who pulled over on Kingsway and asked me for directions to the airport, which I was to my surprise able to help with. He then tried to give me two leather jackets that were left over from a recent trade show, I said "Ciao" before he asked for money. What an opportunist. Suffice to say I'll keep an eye to see if my review is re-edited.

The staff were awesome. Handra, the front desk clerk was super helpful and even hooked us up with a room with a view of the city. The room was clean, and Handra showed us the new security features they are installing for the rooms and showed us what to do. Definitely a cool feature

It kinda sucked that lots of the facilities were under construction for upgrading, so there was no hot tub or sauna and no elevators but I'm guessing upgrades were necessary

I’ll be real, I almost didn’t book here ‘cause I saw a few negative reviews. But after staying, I gotta say, those folks need to chill. The staff here are just doing their jobs and nothing wrong with that. Don’t go blasting hardworking people just because you didn’t get your way or tried to bend the rules. I’m pretty sure they’re also dealing with their own struggles, not just at work but in life too, and still, they show up and do their best. The front desk was super helpful. She gave us a big room, and even with renovations going on, everything was smooth. For me, the comfort and service were on point.

Wonderful and accomodating for our family. One of the best customer service we received. Thanks to the frontdesk forgot her name. I highly recommend this hotel though it's not luxurious but the service, security and cleanliness is outsanding. Thanks so much for helping us out when we arrived late.

This was such a great hotel! Staff was so helpful and very friendly! She was fantastic! Rooms are well maintained,clean and the view is spectacular. The location was simply perfect! We walked to everything! Stay here…you will be glad you did!

We stayed at Cassandra Hotel for a few nights, and honestly, it was better than we expected. The hotel is basic, yes, and they are doing some renovation, but it didn’t really bother us. The room is clean, quiet, and everything is organized. For us, it’s enough. What surprised us the most is the customer service. Everyone at front desk is super nice and helpful. Handra, I think she’s the supervisor, she is amazing. Very friendly, always smiling, and really tried to help us with anything we need. We really appreciate that. Some people say the price is high, but come on, it’s Vancouver. Everything is expensive here. Compare with other places, we think the price is okay, especially with the service they give. The location is also convenient, close to bus stop, food, and easy to go downtown. For tourists like us, it’s a good spot. We had a good stay and would come back again.
