Lovely owner. Good space with storage in room and provisions, comfy bed and pillows. Lobby area to sit. Very clean and big kitchen, liked the bathrooms (one was very luxurious!) no need to queue. Oakridge is a pleasant suburb area - parks to north and east. 03 bus gets you to the city or just fancy restaurants quickly and the city line to the west is a 5-10min walk. I found some gluten free outlets and bars in walking distance, neat.

Really just the main road nearby, I found I got sleep with earbuds though.

The location was very good. Train was within walking distance to anywhere in the city. The facilities were really non existant in the room but there was a tv and tapes in the living room. There was also two bathrooms downstairs which was nice in the morning. The entire guest house was very, very clean.Although there was a kitchen

Although there was a kitchen, no food was available. There were very few eating places within walking distance. As it was rainy and cold, I didn't feel like going out to eat. It would have been nice if there had been a few choices in the kitchen that I could have paid for to eat.

House was quiet and comfortable and safe. Management was flexible with early check-in and check-out.

House is located on a very busy road, so if you're staying at the front of the house you'll need earplugs if a lighter sleeper. Also the showers are VERY small, and would be my one complaint. No bath rugs in the bathroom either.

I was there for ten nights. The host is really helpful and communicates quick via email. I really enjoyed cooking for myself, just be nice for other guests and leave the kitchen as clean as you find it. Everything was very clean. The host helped me with all my questions.

AC would have been nice.

Nothing. Met our expectations.

I liked the decor in the living room, the steamy hot water in the shower, the clean microwave, the powerful hairdryer, the window that opened to let in fresh air, the fluffy towels, the friendly woman, Elena, who greeted me and the very convenient location.

I wish a single room had been available. The price of a double room for just one person made the cost a bit of a budget buster.

The accommodation was very clean. All the required amenities were available and the staff member I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. Location was not bad either, just a short walk to the metro and bus stops.

I was put into another cottage when I arrived, as the cottage I had booked a room in was double booked, which I did not mind as the other accommodation was really nice, but is something to perhaps avoid in the future, or let the guests know in advance.

It was a nice, quiet place. While it the area could accommodate more guests, I seemed to be the only one staying there at the time, helping further the sense of it being somewhere I could decompress. The public areas were spacious, at least for one person.

We were given a room with a private bathroom instead of the original plan. It was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet but convenient location. We had a great time.

Good parking, very clean, host friendly.

By a very noisy road and the next door neighbours barking dog!
