Location was suitable for our activity the next day . Unit had kitchen services , location is 5 blocks from a supermarket and a smaller veggie market. Hot beverage equipment available . Other restaurant services are also available . Location just a few blocks from 2 city bus routes (Granville St and Oak St . and connections to Canada Line subway . Parking is street parking .

The unit to use has a side entrance with its own street number . pay close attention when you find the main house, and look for the supplementary number on a side gate . Parking is street parking. Could be limited

The property was a short distance from the Airport, suited our needs for a one-night stay. Selection of places to eat, not too far from the property to walk to. Helpful and clear instructions from our host. We stayed here after a long haul flight which arrived in the evening. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Next morning we went to the Airport to collect our hire car. We checked out of our room, but left our luggage in the living room/kitchen at the property, security at the property was very good. We collected once we had our hire car. Plumbing and general noises from other guests could be heard, but this wasn't unreasonable, the rooms are quite close together. Met some other guests on occasion in the shared kitchen downstairs - all were respectful of the property and requests from the host.

Good location. King size bed, very comfortable. Very large room.

The check out time is at 11am, the housekeeper should not be there before that time. We stay 3 nights, every nights there were other people staying 1 night. The minute they were living in the morning the housekeeper arrive to clean the room. So at 7am the washing/drying machine was ON. One morning, we were trying to do our breakfast and she was there passing behind us to replace the stuff. Not only it was super annoying but it felt like we were being watch.

Very nice place if you just landed in Vancouver and want a place to stay. Aircondition in the room. I stayed at Marpole in two different rooms (two separate stays). The large room has a private bathroom with a shower. Large bed and tv. The smaller room has a shared bathroom with one other room. Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Excellent host and very clean and tidy. There are common areas downstairs with a dining table, sink, refrigerator, cooking possibilities and even a manual training bike, which I didnt use. If you enjoy going for a run or just a walk, there is a park not far away where you can do both. Short distance to the bus. Roughly 15 minutes walk to the sky train.

It takes quite some time to get to down town if you are on a conference at the conference center. During rush hours it can take up to an hour with the bus.

The location is very close to the airport (our reason for staying there) and is a 10 minute walk from Granville Street which has some tasty restaurants and a chain grocery store and several bus lines going up and down Granville. There are 3 rooms upstairs in this guest house (one king with its own bathroom and two queens that share a bathroom) and our queen room was adequately big with a comfy bed and soft sheets and duvet. The bathroom across the hall was big with a wonderful walk in shower with two shower heads. There was no TV in the room but the common room downstairs had two sofas and a big screen TV and a dining table and a kitchen (which we did not use). We did not want to lug our heavy bags up and down the narrow stairs so we were allowed to leave them in the common room (with no problem and felt safe doing so). The hostess was friendly and gracious and she explained how everything worked. Everything was clean and the amenities basic.

Keep in mind that the guest house is in a safe middle class neighborhood with no frills and no sign identifying the property as a guesthouse and the shops and restaurants on Granville Street are typical of a suburban neighborhood - very basic but not like what you would find in downtown - no complaints but want the reader to be mindful of what the area offers.

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the bathtub! Everything was very new and freshly renovated and the soaps/shampoos were quality products. Was very happy with the location because our flight was super early and it was very close to the airport without traffic noise. There were other guests but we didn't hear them at all.

Going up and down the narrow stairs with heavy luggage was a pain but we were able to leave the biggest suitcases downstairs (with luggage locks) so that we had more space in the room.

We loved the quiet neighborhood - being in a home rather than in a hotel. Loved walking down the street to get dinner - felt safe - beautiful weather - short walk - no traffic. Loved the courtyard - the garden. Bedroom very comfy and private, bathroom clean and functional, shared kitchen clean and helpful. Host was wonderful - warm greeting, good communication, very helpful. Was perfect for us for one night after dropping off rental car - took Uber to airport (very close) in the morning. We loved it and would stay here again!

Lovely hosts who clearly take pride in providing a clean and comfortable stay for their guests. Our room with king bed and ensuite bathroom was spacious and squeaky clean. Windows can be kept open and fan is provided. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to a great café called Gigi's, only a 4min walk from the house, highly recommend! Short drive to the airport.

Kelly was amazing and allowed me to store my luggage before check in and after check out which was a huge help. The Guest house was comfortable and accommodating and offered everything I could need. I would gladly stay there again.

Very clean property, great access into Whistler, Vancouver and the Airport

The general area is obviously noisy due to the airport (if you didn’t stay here for the airport)
