Airport transfer was good and convenient. Included breakfast was satisfactory and request for 3 rooms to be together was complied with

Only negative comment was that I'd booked 3 rooms for one night twice a couple of weeks apart as the family went to and from the airport. On both arrivals I had to pay a deposit of $250 per room per night (total $1500) on my credit card which was a bit annoying. We had 2 weeks between the two stays and stayed in several hotels in The Rockies and this was the only hotel making such a charge.

Located close to Vancouver airport with a courtesy shuttle. The rooms are nicely appointed and large enough to be very comfortable. We were given an early check in on arrival which is great after a longhaul flight. We were given a late check out and they minded our bags for another couple of hours since we had an evening flight out Were directed to an excellent restaurant/cafe nearby for meals. Loved this place.

There's a complimentary breakfast but it's limited and the breakfast room and foyer could do with a facelift The location is a bit light industrial but local eatery and local walks into pleasant suburbs were nearby, as is the Casino and Boardwalk

It’s a Days Inn…..I expected the hotel to meet minimum expectations….when you walk in the lobby is kinda depressing…..the elevator was broken but they did explain that and would have given the prepaid booking rate back….we had to walk up one flight of stairs but we made it and I’m ready for a wheel chair with disc issues so it was an okay walk…..got to the room…it was clean…..the bed was so comfortable and the morning shower was one of best hotel showers I’ve ever had….lad at the front desk was a 10…..breakfast was great…it was supposed to start at 5:30 but since we were leaving earlier he had it set up for 5….the shuttle was excellent as well….all in all I was extremely impressed.

Upon our arrival we called a hotel to let them know we are at the airport , within 10-15 minutes we had shuttle pick us up . Driver was very professional , loaded and u loaded our bags for us which was nice . At the desk staff was very kind , professional and helpful . Location was good for what we needed it for . Sky train and couple of food places were walking distance . Also to note: when we arrived they told us if we need a shuttle ride back to the airport to notify them 24 hours in advance which we did and ride back to the airport was provided . Over all our experience was very good and would recommend it a, we wouldn’t mind staying there again in our future visits . Thank you

It’s not something that bothered us and we were fine with it but would like to mention wifi didn’t have a strong signal , at least where our room was located .

The front desk was very helpful and organized in picking us up at the airport, even managing a sudden surge in bookings due to weather and ferry cancellations. She was very informative, kind, and professional. We were allowed an early breakfast, some 20 minutes before opening, to meet our early shuttle the next day. Thank you again.

I know the economy is not great, but the price of the room was very high, especially compared to hotels overseas. We checked in late evening and had an early flight the next day, so we only used the room for a short sleep. Perhaps you can offer short-stay prices instead of full-day stays.

This hotel isn’t fancy but it has so much going for it. Close to airport. Good value. A shuttle service that I haven’t used but I will. A breakfast included. And just down the street from a good restaurant called the Story Cafe. Comfortable beds and clean. And a short walk to River Rock Casino, other good dim sum restaurants and so much cheaper than a hotel in Vancouver. It’s now my go to when I have to stop in Vancouver after a late flight before travelling back to Victoria the next day and vice versa.

Good breakfast

The bathroom toilet is old and very low. Difficult for seniors to sit and stand. Recommend toilets be upgraded to "comfort height" which is the standard now.

Clean and comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly except shuttle driver seemed a little grumpy. Very good breakfast included. Short walk to sky train station at River Rick casino and bus pickup for the ferry.

It was quiet, comfortable, and had a fair bit of room. There is a good-sized mini fridge. The included breakfast was very simple but nice.

The tub was shaped a little like the hull of a boat. There wasn't any or very little flat surface to stand on for showering, which made it feel like you might slip. There weren't any eggs, bacon or hash browns, but not a deal breaker as I like a simple breakfast anyway.

Our room was large, with 2 queen beds. It was quiet, despite being only 10 minutes drive from the airport. They have a free airport shuttle. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station to get a train into downtown Vancouver. The complementary breakfast was adequate, but maybe not enough choices for some people. Very pleasant staff. We stored our luggage at the hotel while exploring the city all day before our night time flight.
