My wife and Mom-in-law stayed at this location. They said the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. They dined at the restaurant for dinner; my MIL said it was the best salmon she's had in a long time.

They went out to their car and found a parking ticket on the car. The ticket was issued four hours after check-in. Thankfully the hotel staff said they'd take care of it. My wife mentioned she wished there was a vending machine or small store to purchase snacks and such. However, this didn't diminish her experience.

The location is very good with the sky train station 3 minutes walk ahead on the Canada Line. The room is spacious and bright.

The housekeeping although very good but somehow forgetful , that is, something missing daily. The breakfast is a la carte , although good , would be nice to have more choices .

We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. They were so kind to accommodate us by making sure we had transportation back home as well, not to mention the gorgeous view and short distance from the airport.

Great hotel for a layover between flights. Comfortable and quiet. We really appreciated the free shuttle trip and from the airport.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years and noticed this time that the restaurant prices have really increased. I mean $30 for a hamburger??? Yikes. And there are no other restaurants nearby. So be prepared for that.

During check-in, I gave my Credit Card to the Reception and they Swipe, I saw POS machine showed "Approved" but your Stuff informed, it did not approved. Then I paid in Cash. After that I got an email and SMS from my Bank that the transaction is approved and I showed to your front office but they did not admit. Subsequently, your front office assured me that they will enquire. The next morning, One of your Stuff confirmed that the Card transaction is approved and due to problem hotel POS machine, it did not shows. They will arrange for refund as soon as possible.

The best hotel near the airport, but not the best location to explore Vancouver. At the time of my stay, there were bunch of drunken guests who seemed to join a corporate event. They were very loud and rude, flirting each other in the elevator. All parking spots were full because of them and we had to wait for quite some time to find a place to park.

Room size was large and had a great view. The pillows are extremely comfortable and amazing! Staff were friendly and professional. Happy Hour was great as well. Swimming pool was nice and change room extremely facilities were exceptionally clean. Overall, 5 stars!

Very welcoming, clean and wonderful view. The hotel staff were amazing and so good with me and my family, thank you all so much! The food in the restaurant was out of this world too! Thanks for everything.

Pillows were a bit tough and too thick, Internet was temperamental.

Customer service was excellent. Surprisingly good location, within walking distance to some fantastic Asian restaurants at reasonable prices. The shuttle bus service was smooth and got us from and to the airport efficiently.

It was a bit pricey, so I only booked one night.

We were just off a cruise and arrived at the hotel about 6 hours ahead of regular check in, but they accommodated us with an early check in and even a late check out as our flight didn't leave until late the evening we checked out. Even though the hotel is not inexpensive, this kind of customer service has made a loyal customer of me!

There was nothing to complain of. We loved everything there.
