Nothing major to mention. We would simply recommend Booking.com improve its partner offer interfaces to ensure consistency in guest name entry during checkout.

Wow. So luxurious, quiet, and supremely comfortable! It is so well insulated, that even though this is so close to the airport, it still felt very quiet. The bed and bedding were soooo comfortable! This is critical for a hotel stay, is it not? A+, Versante! The room was spacious, the bathroom, deluxe (was that tile floor heated?!). Huge shower, gorgeous soaking tub. From the 9th floor, we looked out onto the pristine, beautiful, and accessible (thank you!)rooftop pool and hot tub (so very nice!) and the city, including the Night Market, a kind of fair with food and booths, etc. Fridge, microwave, coffee, all in the room. You can use Valet parking for $38, (Derek met us as we arrived to help us with bags, even thought we decided to self-park easily for $30 a few paces down. Thanks, Derek. You were awesome.) Lovely place. Stay here for easy access to airport and a good night’s sleep.

Airport shuttle was great. Room was big and very comfortable. Pool and gym also very good and handy on a 24 hour stopover.

Not family friendly. Also I found the restaurant Bruno to be overpriced and totally not suited to what this hotel is about. It is essentially and airport hotel in an industrial area where there is not much around. The restaurant on site was more like fine dining and when we asked about dietary requirements (vegan, gf) they basically told us there is not much they can do expect omelette without the eggs (?!). Not handy when you are travelling with children, we ended up ordering uber eats and ate it by the pool as there is no space in the room to eat. This restaurant needs to offer buffet breakfast included in the room fee and a more family friendly menu for the rest of the day that is suited to everyone.

I had one pleasant night at Versante Hotel recently . The hotel offered airport pickup service. The room was spacious , modern, beautiful and comfortable. My room had a great view of the snow mountains afar. My friend in Vancouver wanted to take me visiting somewhere else, I was like “No! I ‘ve got a great hotel room and let’s just stay in my room!” So I tried to enjoy the room as much as possible 😁 You can eat at the restaurant in the hotel building. I walked to a small restaurant nearby; they offer tasty and convenient food.

Nothing really

The beds were comfortable, the wallpaper was beautiful, the furniture seemed well thought out, lighting system was perfect, and there were more than enough plug ins for all your gadgets. I loved that there were bathrobes and slippers for guests to use. If we had more time and the weather was nice, we would have used the swimming pool. All the staff were friendly, polite and prompt with our requests.

Our Two Queen Bed unit seemed a little small for 4 people to comfortably move around. Yes, the bathroom was bigger than we expected, but the bedroom itself would have been better with bigger space around the beds.

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. My room faced East so it was nice to wake up to the sunrise. It is located in a very busy area with trains, planes and automobiles constantly passing by. The free use of a bicycle was fantastic as it gave me a chance to escape the main roads and ride along the river. The noon checkout was also a bonus. Breakfast was an extra charge and was okay.

The confusing texts from booking .com. I had to ring the hotel to confirm my booking after receiving numerous texts saying that my credit card had been declined. After speaking with a human being my worries were put to rest.

This boutique hotel was amazing. It was comfortable, relatively quiet with only some road noise being noticeable, clean, with unique style, great staff and accommodation.

I didn’t find the hotels restaurant to be kid friendly (or even me friendly to be honest). It was upscale (and I’ll note, definitely in line with the hotels overall brand and vibe). So if you want other options, you have to hop on a sky train (6-8 min walk away) or get delivery as there isn’t much available close by.

The hotel was clean and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decorum around the hotel and suits was cool and colourful !! Stayed in a king bed suit, we both enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom. Although the hotel is out of the way, the Richmond Night Market is literally right across the street! And it looked like about a 15min walk to the casino!

If i had to nitpick a little... the hotel breakfast restaurant was not the best. the food was good but i couldn't get a good cup of coffee. Although the staff were very friendly, they couldn't figure out a cappuccino or even a decent regular cup of coffee. Adding to this, the hotel is not close to any convenience stores or coffee shops. Its a minor complaint but i need a good cup in the mornings. Because of its somewhat remote location the Hotel could do with there own gift shop / convenience store.

Close to airport, bathtub was wonderfu, lotions and soaps were nice, ample hot water, radiant bathroom floor heat. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Great responsiveness in shuttle service. Comfortable room/bed. In-room Nespresso got me going w/o a breakfast option.

Smart lights were a bit much. A larger water carafe would have been appreciated after a long flight ($5 bottle of in-room water wasn't worth the cost). A small continental breakfast would have been lovely before my early flight as the restaurant's 7 am opening didn't quite work with the 7:30 shuttle. Also a small pkg of Epsom salts might have helped some visitors

The location near the international airport was convenient and the hotel had a free shuttle. There was a skytrain station within walking distance. The food at the restaurant was exceptional for an hotel and was a top restaurant standard. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed with a large light filled bathroom complete with standalone bath. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool was excellent and a god send on a hot day. valet parking is available for a reasonable rate although long term parking is cheaper at the airport.

No wishlist of improvements! I have recommended this hotel to a number of people and will continue to do so.
