The bed is amazing and so comfortable. Especially grateful for the scent free room! We have autoimmune conditions and this is essential! Love that you are close to The Story Cafe which is an excellent rated restaurant. Love the shuttle service to airport and staff is great! Shower is excellent. Love the more eco-friendly products. Love the shower dispensers they were easy to use. Love that you serve breakfast. We don't tend to eat it though due to health reasons and preferring less processed foods. Maybe getting more locally baked goods would help. Coffee is not great. We love our espresso.

Strong scent in hallways and lobby. Maybe a carpet cleaner? Sensitive to fragrance and chemicals. But rest of the hotel doesn't have the smell. The room was scentless. Coffee isn't that great. Need an espresso machine.

There is a shuttle from the airport. The staff are polite, friendly and courteous. We felt welcome. The breakfast, for one of those simple continental style breakfasts was amazingly good. And it's near the train station as well. I'd stay there again. To be honest, in the past, I've stayed at the Days Inn next door, as it's cheaper. But, the Days Inn is getting more expensive, and as the price was only $10 different, this time I opted for the Hampton Inn, and it's very, very much worth the extra $10. The Hampton Inn will likely become my new "go to" airport hotel for YVR.

Nothing really. Everyone's doing a great job.

The elevators responded super-fast. The room seemed to lag as half of the room reached the desired temperature and the other half took a while. The commode was old school low. I think they should be at least 19 inches tall. This will accommodate seniors better.

the car rental guys in the lobby were too busy to answer questions. It felt like they were doing you a favor if they acknowledged you.

the hotel was convenient to where I needed to be in Richmond. I didn't have breakfast, nor coffee in the morning, so can't comment on that.

On site parking and a clean and comfortable room. Everything that I needed was available, and there are some food outlets very close by which made it more convenient.

Close to airport and picked up on shuttle which was great . Very nice staff helpful and friendly . The sky train station was only a short walk away enabling a quick journey into the city

Closeness to airport and city train line . The staff even locked away our luggage after checkout until my son arrive in the late evening to pick us up .

Really appreciated the shuttle service from airport to hotel. Our flight arrived very late and so happy the shuttle was available. Also appreciated the availability of paying for a shuttle to the Vancouver cruise port. Wonderful. Morning breakfast was good also.

We liked the offer of aFree shuttle, but the time we needed was booked when we got there. It would have been better to prebook it with the reservation for the room

Front desk clerk was not friendly, felt like we were putting her out. She was efficient however.

Front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. We needed to check our bags after arriving from cruise ship earlier than check-in. She placed all bags in a secure location and retrieved them for us when it was time to check-in. She scheduled our trip to the airport on the van and gave us information about the pick-up procedure. She provided us with a local map and gave us instructions for walking to nearby shops.

I really can't think of anything that was wrong.

Convenietly located near the Bridgeport Skytrain station. An excellent choice for an overnight in either direction to or from flights at YVR. Large, well-equipped room.

There was a problem with the shuttle from the airport and we had to take a cab.

Comfortable space and excellent king-sized bed. Good substantial breakfast. Nice hot water in the bathroom.

We did not like the wifi as we could not connect our computer. We did not like the method for turning on the shower - you need to stand in the shower and the first blast is COLD water! Not pleasant!
