It exceeded my expectations in several areas. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the management prioritizes cleanliness, and it made me feel at home. The spaciousness of the rooms was another highlight. We appreciated having plenty of room to move around and relax after a long day of exploring the area. It truly added to the comfort of our stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the friendly staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay pleasant. Their positive attitude definitely contributed to an overall great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic as well. It's conveniently situated near several attractions, making it easy to explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. Lastly, we are happy with the breakfast offered.

Breakfast was delicious - easy to get to and cooked well. The bed we had was super cozy, and the room was very clean and fresh. I loved that we were within walking distance to Moxie’s and weren’t too far from the airport after a long flight.

I didn’t love that there was no access to an ice maker on the main level, and I had a harder time sleeping due to all of the traffic noise in the area - flight path and public transit tracks. The hotel included a noise maker in our room to counteract that very issue (which was helpful but not enough). Next time I’d bring ear plugs.

The white noise machine provided such a covering over the "normal hotel noise" of guests coming and going, etc that I slept incredibly well for a one-night stay. The staff were extremely courteous and went out of their way to help me whether it be for a suggestion of where to walk or to provide a resource like drinking water. The shuttle service was excellent.

Really, I knew the accommodations when I booked my stay, and everything was great! The room was clean, the bathroom as well, the shower worked well, I had all the convivences of home. I couldn't have been more pleased!

I try and pick Holiday Inn Express, if I have the choice, when travelling. You know what to expect. I like the well-organized, simple, exceptionally clean rooms. The bed was comfortable after a long flight. The white noise machine was a nice touch considering they're not yet sound proof near the airport. I expect that that will come with the reno's. As they are renovating, it's looking and feeling more fresh. Travelling can be stressful and It's actually soothing to stay there. The breakfast is simple, fresh and filling. Really great value for a family of 4. The shuttle bus was easy and efficient. Shout out to how clean they keep the Breakfast area as well. Staff were kind and professional and that's pretty welcome at 11:30pm after travelling all day and feeling frazzled and jet-lagged. This was the beautiful sun -rise we got to see from the hallway that has bright big windows.

There was one little downside, however, and as I was tired, I didn't mention it to the staff. I will email them directly to let them know as they are renovating and I'm pretty sure they already know about it and it's being addressed. It's why I like this Hotel chain so much, they do think of everything.

Good location near Bridgeport station for easy access to airport and Vancouver Island ferry. Room spacious, clean, no noise from other guests. Real plates and cutlery at breakfast

Window faced a noisy street and windows don't block a lot of noise. But I was tired and still slept well. Breakfast room a bit too small for all guests during busy hours. They ran out of bacon, asked if they can fill it up. Answer was yes and then they did not fill it up in the 30 minutes I sat there. Other guests were missing that, too. Would have been nice to just say "no" instead of making me wait. Only has one washing machine.

Great location close to the airport, and morning shuttle back to the airport was much appreciated. Walking distance to a few restaurant/quick food options even after dark, and right across from a Costco. Wouldn't have wanted to walk to them alone, but felt safe enough in a pair. Felt quiet despite being a pretty busy area. Fairly typical continental breakfast, but warm and well stocked. We had a neat corner room with windows on both corner walls, so really enjoyed the view. Room was clean and well stocked. Sheets were super soft, but neither of us slept particularly well, the bed was probably the least comfortable on our trip.

This hotel was wonderful. Extremely clean, great staff. Professional. Rooms were well stocked-Kuerig coffee, microwave, fridge, safe…Excellent security-card swipe to access the elevator. There was a problem with the key card to the room and the lock needed to be reset. Very fast and efficient. Staff were knowledgeable about amenities in the area. Airport shuttle was on time.

I flew into YVR South Terminal. It would have been nice to have shuttle service to this location but it’s only to the main terminal. Not a huge deal.

I am sure that she has a passion to work at the hotel. Everything was nice and perfect. Thank you so much. Airport shuttle was nice and the hotel is near from the Bridgeport. You can visit Gordon Ramsay's steak house and Costco in a walking distance.

- Free shuttle bus arrives on time. Driver is so friendly and helpful - Staff is helpful (but not too friendly when compare with the first night we stay here) - Room is clean and bed is comfortable. We got a higher floor than the first night and room looks newer - Breakfast is good. Hot food is served. Staff is also nice. - Location is good. The hotel closes to the train station (Canada Line) within 10 minute-walk and there are some restaurants nearby

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport either via complimentary shuttle, taxi or skytrain. From check-in to housekeeping to breakfast prep, the staff is so welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly. The bed is super comfortable and offers you a selection of soft to firm pillows. The building is amazingly quiet considering there are huge jets flying over and very busy traffic right outside including Highway 99 and the very active Costco across the street. I didn’t use the gym but it sure looked good. Very professionally set up and with bonus individual TVs at each exercise machine

I just wish there were more restaurants and maybe a nice park within walking distance. However the sky train is about 600 m away and an easy trip to several areas of the city for hundreds of restaurants.
