Design: I am a designer. What I care more is the design and branding system 360 in a hotel. That is why I would choose an Autograph Collection Boutique Hotel rather than a typical hotel. I love everything they put together, from interior design to little things like slippers quality and the use of Aseop skincare. I can see detail is in everything. Really well put together with great taste. Worth the price! Stay: For my 2 weeks stay in Vancouver, I am extremely busy everyday. I would get up super early and coming back to hotel in almost midnight. Every time I come back late in Douglas, I was able to destress and find my peace of mind right away. I guess this is a successful sign of a good boutique hotel experience. Service: The staff is so nice and polite. They would answer and find a solution for all your needs. Dinning Room service: It was suprisingly good! Breakfast room service is normally just fine but not in Douglas. I had the MD BBQ Brisket Hash Brown. The portion is big, enough for a brunch! I usually don't like eating meat but this mix of brisket slices and salad was really well balanced with a hit of basil sauce is just devine! Recommandation: I would recommande Douglass and would definitely come back again! I would love to visit other Autograph Collection Hotel!

Cleanliness, well taken care of, close to amenitys.

We asked for earlier checkin when we booked and when we got there our room wasn't ready, we even called the day of to make sure. There was a young women working at the front checking people I and she was really slow, the employee working next to her had 3 couples ready to go in the time she had one. Also the elevators took alot of time. At one point people were lined up to the front entrance waiting, I dont know how seeing as there are 4 elevators.

Staff were friendly & helpful, rooms are huge, beds really comfortable. Food and service in restaurant were great! This was a really nice stay that I wish had been longer.

Only quibble is the the hotel bar is a public bar with a doorman & a dress code. Making an exception for hotel guests to have a nightcap would be nice.

The property was located in a great location, which made it very walkable and accessible to near by entertainment and dining establishments.

Shared amenities with JW Marriott which was next door. The fact that you had to exit the hotel to walk over to another hotel. Jacuzzi was very small, no pool. The gym was pretty decent.

Staff are all very friendly and seems pleased to answer any and all questions, our room was only a short walk from the venue for the concert, all in all I would say if you aren't from Vancouver this is the #1 stop for anything to do with BC Place. 10/10 experience.

Location

Breakfast was included in the reservation, but it was limited to a few standard items. Room delivery was the only choice, involving>30 min delay. Not at all what we expected It was very annoyin that there wewe not enough hooks,, or a bar, to hang towels once they had been used.

Great location, clean and lots of amenities close by.

For the price they were short on the amount of supplies in the room. We only had enough for 2 coffees and one cream each. We asked for 2 more each and they only gave us one more each. Seems stingy for what you pay. Not a deal breaker but if I had to get picky.

Location, Style (everything about this hotel is so swanky), Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Comfortable beds/pillows. High end fixtures.

Our room was directly above the D6 Lounge so the music was heard very clearly until 1am. Our server at the D6 Lounge was not good. The valet employee broke my keyring by trying to rip the elastic band off rather than cut it. (Just a note for future!) I wish there were more food options open past 12am.

Was my birthday and put that on the notes. Usually they leave a note when you get a suite, or some chocolates especially with how expensive the suite is, but there was nothing

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The lounge areas and location are unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again and again.

There was nothing I didn't like!
