Location is perfect! The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. The Wifi was complimentary for all guest. Great view from the room.

The pool water was a bit cold, would have like a jacuzzi, steam room and/or sauna. The double bed is small for 2 adults. The bathroom was quite small.

Greeted at a door which opened automatically by 3 grey suited hotel staff members who ushered me to registration. It was before checkin but my room was ready and what a view! The linens, bath amenities and comfy bed were a pure delight. Wish I could have partaken of the rooftop hot tub with amazing views but, alas, the rains came. The staff at Honey Salt expedited a quick coffee to go which I really appreciated. Oh! And the valet was so helpful! I’ve stayed in many Marriott properties but this one was remarkable.

I could only stay one night - wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location near marina dragon boat racing venue. Great spa just not open sooner or later. Parking on site was very appreciated.

Expensive!!!! Not many restaurants in walking distance, lots of surrounding traffic. Two slices of cheesecake should not have cost me almost $60!! COME ON!! You’re lucky I needed a sugar jolt from walking over 32,000 steps at my dragon boat race during the day.

From the time we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. Staff was so attentive, helpful, well informed and did everything to make our stay absolutely amazing! Our room was quiet even though we faced BC Place Stadium. The vibe was spectacular with so much to enjoy in and around the hotel. Although the Coldplay concert and Rod Laver Cup were two huge events going on (we went to see Coldplay), everything was really well organized and ran smoothly. A HUGE shout out to Kyna (concierge) who left us a super sweet note and lovely charcuterie board when we arrived from the concert- talk about attention to detail! I would stay at JW Marriott Parc Vancouver any time! P.S. If you have the opportunity to eat at Honey Salt in the lobby, you'll love the ambience and delicious food. Grateful for the experience!

Honestly, with two major events going on (Coldplay concert and Rod Laver Cup) we had absolutely no issues whatsoever. We liked everything about our stay, which is saying a lot!

It was very clean & the food was fantastic. The only issue was they advised upon check in that we can have breakfast ordered to the room & then upon check out advised there was only a certain amount of credit that could be applied. I’d rather have known that before ordering!

The rooms seem a bit worn. Lights and some other furniture had scuffs & marks. Wear and tear that I wouldn’t have expected for the price point. Attention to detail is maybe lacking a bit overall!

Good value for money and great location for the Pacific central station. Also very good public transport links

The hotel itself is a bit in the middle of nowhere so you did have to travel to eat out etc. Bathroom didn’t have an effective fan and bath mats were more the type of thing you’d have at home so didn’t dry quickly

We had a nice view from our room. The room was exceptionally clean. Clean towels were supplied daily . The staff that took care of our room always ask if everything was ok. Which we thought was nice. Complimentary water was offered daily which is another plus.

Everything was great. However I do have one suggestion. The upholstery in the Honey and Salt restaurant could use cleaning or reupholstering. But the food and service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vancouver. Robert, who helped us get to the room, was very kind and accommodating. The view was incredible and the bathroom was luxurious. Super comfy beds and beautiful decor.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything I didn't like. I guess the price was the only thing that hurt. Considering the cost of the area though, it was pretty on par. I would definitely stay here again.

Brunch was probably the best part. The chicken waffles with the pecans. Perfection. The staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. My kids want to come back and that’s high praise coming from and 8 and 6 year old girls. Loved the mattress. Slept amazing. Rooms were so pretty.

Had issues with the room key for the elevator. Didnt function very well.

The location is good & the breakfasts were fantastic!

The WIFI facility is not strong enough & your receptionist input my last name wrongly! The Shower head support cannot be adjusted !
