Location superb. Nice amenities, bed comfortable

Very poor lighting in living area, bathtub looked unclean. Poor male desk management. We waited at least 10 minutes to check in while the male desk attendant discussed conference rooms at length on phone. A resident arrived after us and he waited too. The resident interrupted him and asked for additional help at the desk and he asked the boss to help, which he did. But It was as if we were not there. A male worker with a big cart pushed his way into the elevator with us and two other guests. He canceled the floors we had requested, as if we weren’t there, going about his business. Insensitivity to guests-or rudeness.

The staff was so nice, especially Alexandra (I think it's her name). Absolutely lovely employee ❤️ I also liked the apartment and the gym was great. Both have everything I needed to enjoy my time there. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also very good. I spent all my late afternoon in there, especially the jacuzzi to relax my sore legs after a day of walking/hiking.

My apartment was on the main roadside, so it was a bit noisy. A small thing but it would be nice to have beside the jacuzzi, a sign that indicates where the switch is. Even after being told by the receptionist that there was a white box beside it, we spent some time looking for it with other guests. We eventually found it but it wasn't very obvious and it's annoying to have to go down asking about it instead of having instructions where it should be.

Great location. Very roomy apartment and very clean. Grocery stores 3 mins walk and restaurants nearby. Booking would be an idea especially weekends . Good value little Vietnamese around the corner recommended by reception. Staff friendly and helpful. Looked after baggage until flight departure. I went up to the rooftop spa and it looked good. Hop on Hop off bus 3 mins walk so great access to everything. Parts of the city around port area very hilly ( if you are carry luggage) otherwise very walkable.

The only thing to note there is an adults only club opposite but it didn’t cause an issue at all.

Great location, we could walk to numerous bars and restaurants and shops. Very secure property. Swimming pool on roof and seating area were great. You can take in your own food and drink etc because there are no facilities on site. We stayed twice, once before our cruise and once afterwards. The second time was better. The first time we had an issue with one of the reception staff and they would only let us have one pillow for the double sofa bed?? Apparently that's normal??

You only get one pillow for the pull out sofa double bed in the lounge and they don't make it up for you in advance. It's a shame there is no bar facility at all.

We had an executive suite which had a bedroom with kingsize be and huge living space with kitchen and out onto a patio. Air conditioning was good. All kitchen things needed for our stay of 5 nights and indeed much longer if required. Seymour a bit noisy but minimal in suite. No issues with lifts as mentioned by others. Fabulous looking gym which we didn’t use Location was excellent. Loads of restaurants in door step and within easy walking distance of everything downtown. We used Ubers occasionally and very straightforward.

Oh my this was a lovely stay in Vancouver. Stayed 3 nights in luxury. This 1 bed room with bathroom 2 walk in closets, fully equipped kitchen, dining table washing machine tumble dryer, soft fluffy dressing gowns , balcony, 2 tvs. Pool jacuzzi, gym sauna steam - phew . We only met 2 guys at reception. But both really helpful. Especially guest services manager who enabled us to arrive early and accessed our room ahead of usual time.

Parking was extra and cost $45 per night incl taxes. But it was secure. We looked at a lot of other cheaper alternatives. Location was good but it was 20 min walk down to the waters edge . It was too far for us to walk to Stanley park so we hired a couple of bikes 1/2 day and 2nd day caught the bus (12 mins walk to bus stop) which was cheap.

The suite was big and well appointed. The kitchen was quite useful during our stay and so was the washer and dryer :) The pool and the hot tub were very nice and relaxing after a long day visiting. The hotel is very secure (I didn't understand why at first, but you'll understand when you continue reading) and very well maintained. The staff that we came across during our stay were friendly and always helpful.

Unfortunately, to no fault of the hotel, it is located one street down of the Granville entertainment district. While we were expecting it to be busy and lively, we were quite shocked to see the amount of human distress going on. Lots of drug use, homelessness, mental illness and much more. We ended up not spending much time around the hotel and stayed in at night as we both didn't feel safe staying out at night in that area. During the day it's not as bad, but you see the "left overs" of the prior night. On the positive side, the hotel is quite secure, the parking, exterior doors, elevator access all require a key card to open, so whatever you come across outside of the hotel shouldn't be coming in. So we felt safe within the hotel premises.

The Level Seymour knows how to run a hotel. The excellence is consistent: this is the second time we have stayed here and everything was as great as the first time. They even supply umbrellas for the rainy Vancouver weather; a very classy touch. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, it all is so clean, close to all the attractions and several grocery stores... I could go on, but it really isn't necessary as absolutely everything is well done. We visit our son two times a year and will always chose this hotel. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the staff who are all very professional, they are very friendly, helpful and informative. It was great to be welcomed in this way. The whole place is nice and secure, modern and clean. The rooms are nice, they are very clean, modern and nicely furnished. The location is pretty good too if you want to be based in downtown/centrally in Vancouver. Being able to park was a bonus and this was easy to do.

The accommodation is great, the only negative is Vancouver itself. It is so sad that there is such a visible fentanyl problem in the city, it's tragic to see and as we were with the kids is also a little disturbing and concerning. Also being opposite a strip club and dilapidated buildings does bring the experience down a little but this is minor.

Excellent location for walking to all the sights and bars/restaurants. Quiet - we had rooms at the back. Luggage storage facilities. Pool and toilet facilities with bbq area and tables/chairs. Everything very clean and modern. Practically everything you would need in the apartment rooms.

Lifts are slow, only 2 for a very large building. Sofa bed not made up ready in the apartment for the second couple. Only one pillow supplied for a double sofa bed. Only a TV in the lounge for our second apartment room but there were two TVs in our first room (we stayed twice).
