I was very impressed with the staff who are all very professional, they are very friendly, helpful and informative. It was great to be welcomed in this way. The whole place is nice and secure, modern and clean. The rooms are nice, they are very clean, modern and nicely furnished. The location is pretty good too if you want to be based in downtown/centrally in Vancouver. Being able to park was a bonus and this was easy to do.

The accommodation is great, the only negative is Vancouver itself. It is so sad that there is such a visible fentanyl problem in the city, it's tragic to see and as we were with the kids is also a little disturbing and concerning. Also being opposite a strip club and dilapidated buildings does bring the experience down a little but this is minor.

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS LEVEL APARTMENT HOTEL! IT WAS EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, IMMACULATELY CLEAN, AND THE PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS SMILING STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING FOR OUR 5 DAY STAY. EXTRA STAFF WERE ON DUTY DURING CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN HOURS. THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY OUTFITTED, ENABLING US TO COOK MEALS THERE!!! NESTERS GROCERY NEXT DOOR MET ALL OUR SHOPPING NEEDS FROM GOURMET INGREDIENTS TO THE BASICS. AND A SHORT WALK TOOK US TO THE METRO CANADA LINE TO REACH THE AIRPORT. MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY A MEAL AT NERO'S WAFFLES. THE AVOCADO BENEDICT AND DARK CHOCOLATE/ STRAWBERRY WAFFLES WERE THE BEST EVER!!! WE WILL RETURN!!!

It rained 2 days of our 5, but we were prepared.

Location was super convenient. The pool and hot tub, although on the small side, were really great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having laundry available in the suite is so helpful, love the apartment style layout with a full kitchen etc.

We picked this hotel partially based on the option to park in the parkade, but we didn't take into account that we were in a van, and it ended up being an inch to tall for the height limit. Which by the way, is 6'8". Ended up parking in a lot that allowed 24 hour parking. The heat/air conditioning unit was not really responsive but I think the remote was dying.

We stayed for 5 nights. Central location with nearby restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Very nice suite. Had all the amenities and was clean. It was not noisy considering the location and we weren't bothered by noise from neighboring suites. We made use of the pool and hot tub daily which was great. We didn't use the bbq because of rainy weather but maybe next time as we would stay here again.

Ran out of clean towels by the pool the fist 3 nights we were there. Not much else to complain about.

The room was a self-contained apartment, rather than a hotel room. We had a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and drier. There was a large dining table with seating for 4. Large sofa and TV plus a separate desk with lighting for working.

The noise from outside at night-time, although I got used to this after the first night. We were in Downtown Vancouver, after all. Also, we stayed 7 nights and were only given 1 dishwasher tablet, so had to buy more.

The location was great, with a market on the corner, tons of restaurants nearby, and an easy 10 min walk from the train station. The staff were friendly, and accommodated my request for early check-in. Our suite was large and had everything we needed to make the stay feel like home. The hot tub on the roof was so lovely and very hot! Just what we needed after walking around all day. I would definitely stay here again.

My only suggestion is to have more coffee pods in the room, but honestly everything was wonderful

The condo/suite was really nice. It was fully furnished and very spacious. Lots of amenities. Nicely decorated. The staff that we met were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was close to Yale town, which was where my son and daughter-in-law‘s wedding was being held. Level was close for walking distance to Granville, Seymour, Yale town. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Vancouver. I would definitely stay there again.

If you are in a unit on the front side of the building…Directly across the street from the condo units, is a business called the Penthouse. It is a strip club, and the music was very loud until about 2:00 in the morning Saturday night.

The location was terrific. Our room was private and very quiet. We loved having a balcony and a kitchen that completely served our needs. We needed little support from the staff, but when we did, they were very helpful and friendly. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, which was located on the roof with a fabulous view, and look forward to trying them out on our next visit!

Sadly, the steam room was out of commission during our stay. One tiny point, we were provided with nice hand and body towels and bathrobes, but no face towels.

The accommodation was spacious and the hotel had thought of everything that a longer stay would require. It was all spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, a dish washer, washing up and drying cloths - all we needed and more! The washing machine and dryer were tucked away in a cupboard - with laundry powder supplied for 2 washes! There was ample cupboard space both in the bedroom and the storage room. An impressive apartment! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing - it was superb!

The staff were amazing - Ryan in particular (front desk) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location of the building is perfect, suites are big and the pool was awesome (also a great price $!)

Not very family friendly. We booked as a family of four and had to ask for towels, a blanket for the second bed, small towels etc. we booked a room with a pull out couch for the kids but the coffee table was massive, heavy, wobbly and made of glass so maneuvering it was tricky.
