Great bed, clean, facilities are great. Spacious room. Pub attached to hotel is great.

A lot of homeless around the street. Area smelt either like weed or pee. Didn't feel the greatest walking around at night to get dinner but didn't have any issues. Parking is in an alleyway next to building. A lot people walk through, so make sure nothing is left in car.

We really appreciated the unexpected upgrade they gave us. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who took the time to fold the towels into creative shapes, like a heart on the bed. The bed itself was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. After checking out, we were able to leave our bags for a few hours, and everything went smoothly. The reception staff and bellperson were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Just a 2-minute walk away, we found a place where we could donate our boats. Right across the street, there’s a massage place, which was really convenient, and there are several restaurants along the same street for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's a very well-located spot!

We visited the bar that communicated tot he hotel and had a beer, but they didn’t ask if we were hotel guests, so they didn´t apply any discount they mentioned at check-in. Additionally, we had seen pictures of a pool table on Google, but unfortunately, it wasn’t there, so we couldn’t play.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I did feel welcomed and that being there was important to the them! The location was great! room size a bit small but OK. The bed and settings were good and quiet!

It is a sketchy neighbourhood with homeless people but they kept to themselves so I felt relatively safe. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast as even with a discount, it was still expensive. The note when I booked indicated Breakfast was included which technically it was, but not really.

A good central location in downtown Vancouver, and just a 12 minute walk from the Sky Train link to the airport. A comfortable room and bed. Staff were very helpful, and had a secure baggage drop off after we signed out so that we could go sightseeing for a few hours. Good value.

Everything was excellent apart from ........... Had a nice coffee machine - which could have saved better coffee!! Tea bags could have been provided, (we had some tea bags with us which worked perfectly well in the machine), along with "proper milk" rather than a powder creamer. From an eco point of view - supply china cups rather than paper cups. The powder creamer came wrapped up with sugar / napkin / wooden stirrer!! So much waste just to get to the coffee mate :(

There was daily maid service even when we didn’t leave early. It was easy to access our destinations from the hotel. The staff greeted us genuinely whenever we entered the lobby. We enjoyed being out all day and feeling comfortable to come back late. There are many nearby eateries and convenience stores within walking distance.

The bed near the door was uneven. At least it was low and high down the middle. We didn’t expect the same bed to be only 1 foot from the door! We were on the 4th floor and it was noise from the trash collection truck and people yelling from the streets. It would be nice to have heavier drapes that help block sound. I didn’t like that a spilled can of Coke wasn’t cleaned up from the night before.

Clean and comfortable room, good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff, not noisy halls, no road traffic. Safe for solo travel. Discounts at the Irish pub next door and the Mexican restaurant across the road, really good Mexican food

Air con very loud, doesn't run continuously so would wake up when it restarted. There is a club next door and could hear music into the night (Friday & Saturday nights) have to keep the bathroom door closed at night, no block out curtain and sunrise was 5am, made the bedroom very bright

Nice place, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. There was a small desk area which was nice because I needed to work. The location is convenient and maybe 20 minutes from the main downtown area.

The stairs area with ice machine and vending machine had a very sticky floor. I don't think it was dirty or anything, but kinda weird. They offered a deal to have breakfast at the place next door, but I found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming.

We could check in early, which was great! The family suite fitted all 5 of us, not much space but good enough for one night. The American breakfast was ok, the kids could eat pancakes. The location was very convenient. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

It was hot outside, and even with a/c the room felt pretty warm. There's some noise from the street, which is logical with the downtown location.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was big. Bedroom was small. Parking closeby.

When we booked hotel, it mentioned breakfast for extra $9 fee. It failed to mention that breakfast was at a next door restaurant, which was Not open on January 1st. So no breakfast at Hotel. Luckily Subway was open and had breakfast sandwiches. Parking was extra $35 charge. The noise at street, because it was New Years eve.

The location was excellent, the perks of staying there were a great incentive.

It’s next to a nightclub, there’s no soap dish for the hand soap, and found cob webs on one of the lamps. In room 109, it seemed that the furthest left ceiling lamp was loose and would squeak when people would walk above. One of the bed frames seemed loose
