Wonderful views very classy room

I do not like the hold system that hotels now insist on. If the room is prepaid surely that is enough. The system imposes real difficulty for travellers. My debit card still has not credited the $200 deduction on my account. Hotels should not be doing this for reputable well established Booking.com customers I call on Booming.com to do stop this practice.

We stayed at this hotel due to its lcation. The hotel was centrally located and we could walk everywhere that we needed to go. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The room was much larger than we expected. If we visit the city again, we'll definitely stay here.

Our stay was perfect.

Location was great, staff very friendly. Attentive to your needs.Would stay there again. Laundry on 5th floor.In case you need to pack light. Coffee shop downstairs👍 IGA market down the street, if your looking for a store. The Hotel was clean and room service excellent. Over all great place to vacation.

Rented 2 rooms, one room the air conditioning wasn't working. They accommodated us with another room. That room didnt have a/c in room that had the beds. The livingroom had an a/c. Need to add an A/C to bedroom. So we asked for a roll away bed to sleep in livingroom. Which worked for our family. Thank you for that.🙂

The room was a studio suite and worked out perfect for our family. We actually extended our stay and were here for a total of 4 nights. We had great views (28th Floor) room was quite (Note: Bit of noise as beside a hospital but nothing major). Location is perfect for being downtown. Close to Stanley Park, Transit, parks, Movie theater and restaurants. Great place good value.

Just being nit picky but the rooms and elevator are dated a bit but they are clean and was nice place to stay. You are right by a hospital, so can be loud and you get a lot of city traffic when you leave (Homeless, people walking etc.) But overall a great location.

The location and the view are fantastic. Living space in the rooms is all up-to-date and comfortable. Each room having its own wifi network makes this hotel great for remote work. Full kitchen (with very quiet fridge) is a plus.

The living areas are nice. The bathrooms are dated, with old showers. Rooms are not always thoroughly cleaned between guests, sometimes something like a price tag left on a floor, this time there was a footprint on the wall beside the bed. Housekeeping staff are pleasant, coverage is a bit hit or miss.

We were made to feel very welcome. Early check in was arranged when we arrived and we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchenette was a great bonus, as was the pool downstairs. Very happy with the location - near to transport including hop on hop off bus, shops, restaurants and attractions. The view from our apartment on the 22nd floor was amazing, especially at night with all the Christmas lights across the city. We got room service from the restaurant downstairs, a steak dinner and a couple of pastas. It was all delicious and fresh tasting, and delivered super fast. We would love to stay here again, it would be ideal for a longer stay.

The water takes quite a long time to heat up, but it's an older building and just takes a little patience, didn't detract from our experience at all.

The hotel's system erroneously registered my middle name as my surname, which was a bit odd, but eventually the hotel supervisor/manager managed to clue in on it and everything was sorted pretty quickly and I even got an early check in. I didn't quite expect the size of the King Studio until I entered the room. It's quite big and it was on the 18th floor with nice city views. It's got a great location for me, everything seems to be within walking distance such as IGA, CF Pacific mall, Vancouver AG, and lots of cafes, restaurants, take-out joints, and bars around the area. There's Burrard train station near the Hyatt Regency which take you all the way to the Waterfront station in Canada place and in the opposite direction to Stadium-Chinatown

The interior is a bit dated but not an issue for me, but the taps in the bathroom basin keep on dripping and I think it should be either fixed or replaced. In the shower the hot water flow can be a bit tricky and sometimes you need to wait for a while before the water becomes comfortably warm.

This was a studio apartment on an upper floor in the main hotel. With 40 square metres, two double beds, a comfy sofa and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area it was a home from home. As a bonus there was excellent room service with great food. The room is rated for 4 adults and 2 children, but I think that might get a little claustraphobic.......

I could not figure out the TV (but that may is pretty common these days). The message light on the phone flashed constantly. The hot water took a long time to come through which contradicts the green statements in their literature.

Location, amenities, staff, kitchenette in room. Front desk staff had amazing service and attitude. We forgot a pair of earrings pool side and after checking out and informing the staff they ended up finding the earrings and he brought them to us in the car extremely quickly and much appreciated!

No hot tub, room policy max 4 occupants is not conducive to family inclusivity. Blankets were thin and not enough towels provided initially when booking specified 4 people only two towel sets in the room , towels were empty in the pool on a Friday night .

- Great location, about 20 min walk from most places including the SkyTrain. - Large room, kitchen, table, sofa, big TV, comfy bed. - Safety deposit box in the room. - Microwave, full sized oven, full sized sink, full sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine. Coffee filters provided every day. - Clean - Bathroom had a bath as well as a shower. - Space to put your luggage. - Great views of the city (24 floor) - The staff were very helpful. - We were very happy with the Century Plaza.

- AC over the bed - Bathroom fan sounded like a Vancouver seaplane taking off - Shower was difficult to regulate - No buffet breakfast (I recommend the small cafe, the restaurant is sit-down menu style). - There is a hospital next door, lots of sirens in the evening, homeless people on the street, we saw the police there a number of times. We didn't feel unsafe but this is something to consider. - All the above are small points, overall we had an excellent time.
