Wonderful views very classy room

I do not like the hold system that hotels now insist on. If the room is prepaid surely that is enough. The system imposes real difficulty for travellers. My debit card still has not credited the $200 deduction on my account. Hotels should not be doing this for reputable well established Booking.com customers I call on Booming.com to do stop this practice.

We stayed at this hotel due to its lcation. The hotel was centrally located and we could walk everywhere that we needed to go. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The room was much larger than we expected. If we visit the city again, we'll definitely stay here.

Our stay was perfect.

Location was perfect. Foyer very nice. Rooms comfortable although the apartment we had was sparsely equipped in the kitchen. If you have an apartment with a kitchen you need more cooking utensils and cookware. Staff very helpful.

The traffic noise was dreadful. The windows need to be triple glazed to ensure you don't hear the numerous sirens day and night. The pool area needs a significant upgrade. Expensive hotel to stay at with slightly dated rooms.

The hotel is very well located, with nice rooms and a very comfortable bed.

I had two negative experiences: 1) We booked for 2 adults and 2 children on Booking, and the photo showed a sofa. We assumed it was a sofa bed, but it wasn't. Instead, we were given an inflatable mattress, which was uncomfortable for our 6-night stay. 2) When we sought assistance from the hotel, neither the front desk nor the manager was helpful. They were curt and slow to address the issue. Even the room attendant seemed indifferent. Only one Mexican staff member was kind and helpful.

Location of hotel is good, just a short walk to Downtown Vancouver. Good secure parking facilities (additional fee of $25 plus tax) per day. Staff pleasant and helpful and good facilities onsite - pool, gym, restaurant (not used) and coffee shop. Room was of a good size with comfortable beds and cleanliness was good too. I would recommend the hotel and would stay again.

Whilst the room we booked boasts full kitchen facilities, it did indeed include a cooker, grill, fridge/freezer and microwave, the utensils supplied were inadequate, for example only one cutting knife and a single saucepan.

Big room with small kitchen that included big fridge, stove, kettle and coffee maker. Big windows that allowed lots of light which was great during the time that we were there as we had lots of sun. I liked the option not to have the room serviced each day for a $10 voucher in the coffee shop. Central location made it easy to get to most Vancouver attractions. Coffee shop had nice coffee and snacks/food.

There are two hospitals nearby which meant that there were often sirens from approaching ambulances day and night. The bathroom has “old school” shower over bath which can be a bit slippery (there is a rubber mat to use) and it can sometimes take a lot of time for the shower to get hot. Room cost seemed expensive but i think thats typical for Vancouver

Location was great, staff very friendly. Attentive to your needs.Would stay there again. Laundry on 5th floor.In case you need to pack light. Coffee shop downstairs👍 IGA market down the street, if your looking for a store. The Hotel was clean and room service excellent. Over all great place to vacation.

Rented 2 rooms, one room the air conditioning wasn't working. They accommodated us with another room. That room didnt have a/c in room that had the beds. The livingroom had an a/c. Need to add an A/C to bedroom. So we asked for a roll away bed to sleep in livingroom. Which worked for our family. Thank you for that.🙂

We were made to feel very welcome. Early check in was arranged when we arrived and we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchenette was a great bonus, as was the pool downstairs. Very happy with the location - near to transport including hop on hop off bus, shops, restaurants and attractions. The view from our apartment on the 22nd floor was amazing, especially at night with all the Christmas lights across the city. We got room service from the restaurant downstairs, a steak dinner and a couple of pastas. It was all delicious and fresh tasting, and delivered super fast. We would love to stay here again, it would be ideal for a longer stay.

The water takes quite a long time to heat up, but it's an older building and just takes a little patience, didn't detract from our experience at all.

The location and the view are fantastic. Living space in the rooms is all up-to-date and comfortable. Each room having its own wifi network makes this hotel great for remote work. Full kitchen (with very quiet fridge) is a plus.

The living areas are nice. The bathrooms are dated, with old showers. Rooms are not always thoroughly cleaned between guests, sometimes something like a price tag left on a floor, this time there was a footprint on the wall beside the bed. Housekeeping staff are pleasant, coverage is a bit hit or miss.

The hotel's system erroneously registered my middle name as my surname, which was a bit odd, but eventually the hotel supervisor/manager managed to clue in on it and everything was sorted pretty quickly and I even got an early check in. I didn't quite expect the size of the King Studio until I entered the room. It's quite big and it was on the 18th floor with nice city views. It's got a great location for me, everything seems to be within walking distance such as IGA, CF Pacific mall, Vancouver AG, and lots of cafes, restaurants, take-out joints, and bars around the area. There's Burrard train station near the Hyatt Regency which take you all the way to the Waterfront station in Canada place and in the opposite direction to Stadium-Chinatown

The interior is a bit dated but not an issue for me, but the taps in the bathroom basin keep on dripping and I think it should be either fixed or replaced. In the shower the hot water flow can be a bit tricky and sometimes you need to wait for a while before the water becomes comfortably warm.
