Rooms are super comfy, beds amazing. Having free water, coffee and tea is nice. Staff are lovely without exception.

There is a lot of construction around the area and it can be a bit noisy.

Charming location with amazing value in Vancouver. Close to Davie St which is a lively and fun neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were updated and clean. Their little parking lot is right under the hotel but fill fast so book it early.

It was very loud due to construction, even though we requested an internal quiet room. There isn't much to be done, with external city noises at play including a hospital, so pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The bottom sheet didn't quite fit on the mattress, so the mattress padding was showing. Please use another sheet so it can all fit!

The Burrard was the best place we stayed on our recent trip to Canada. The location was central to almost everything. We walked to the waterfront, to the false creek ferries, to Gastown and to Stanley Park with no problem. Plenty of restaurants and art galleries within walking distance too. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The internal courtyard was very secure. Our room was serviced daily. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Having a coffee shop and a great restaurant right on site was very convenient too. Loved our stay here!

I liked the mini fridge with bottled water, coffee and tea station, kettle, 55 inch flat screen TV, internet, cable vision, writing desk, chair, good lighting, comfortable beds, A/C for hot weather, radiant heating, curtains, pillows, room safe, full length mirror, closet, hangers, ironing board, iron, luggage rack, shower with liquid soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner. Great location in downtown Vancouver across from St. Pauls Hospital that has secure 24 hr underground parking. The hotel has a bonus outdoor lounge area with fire pit and use of bicycles. The room was very clean and the hotel also provides secure parking. There’s a coffee shop and restaurant next door. The hotel is close to parks and beaches. Value for the money. Great helpful staff.

Absolutely adorable boutique style location. You can clearly tell they have put the work into redoing and spending the money on a super old building that’s now been brought back to life. Front staff were exceptional, check in was quick and easy after a long travel, super clean, and very quiet as it’s a concrete building. Although it was October long weekend, it was 17 degrees and quite warm so we were thrilled there was AC and temp control for a comfortable sleep. We had a side facing city view for people watching and a room that backs onto the adorable interior tropical garden. It’s a great stay for small families or a weekend get away with friends. TV was brand new, and huge for a small room, so that was a nice aspect for cozy movie watching at night. Beds were clean and comfortable, and check out was a breeze. The location makes it very easy to hop on just about any kind of transit close by.

The only cons to the property is the location is tough with the homeless population and being close to the hospital, and there is road work currently, but this is out of their control. They have a secure gated property, as well as gated parking, so that’s really the only thing one can do to combat what goes on out in the big city.

I chose to stay at the Burrard because I had a family member in the hospital across the road. I was so pleasantly surprised that I picked this gem under the less than ideal circumstances. It was like coming back to an oasis. The staff was so helpful and accommodating when I requested to extend my stay though I couldn't be certain of the exact date I would be checking out. There were so many little thoughtful touches. I could absolutely see myself staying at the Burrard again for hopefully a more leisurely stay.

A perfect balance of both modern and vintage touches! The courtyard was very cool - loved the cozy fire pit, all the games, and the twinkling lights on the trees. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

I checked in late and wanted to get to sleep right away, so I did not mention the deadbolt in my room not being able to close. The keycard lock still worked without issue though. Also wish there were slippers available on request - felt a bit odd to be walking around the room in boots after a rainy vancouver day.

Can be Noisy as windows are not sound proof. You can hear ambulance sirens 1-2x blaring each night, and people talking loudly by the street late at night Occasionally at 3am, there’s a man cursing at the top of lungs downstairs. Just need to wear ear plugs for light sleepers. We stayed 4 nights and had a room not facing the main street but facing Sheraton Wall Centre. We read about homeless people but that wasn’t an issue for us.

I loved the Nespresso machine and the many pods supplied, plus free water bottles which were super helpful. I LOVED the view of the Christmas lights (so pretty), the beautiful shower with very hot water, comfortable bed. Also, the location was perfect. Came back to a beautifully clean room after being out for a while - a nice surprise! Also, the printed my boarding pass for me - so helpful!

I just couldn't find some light switches to make it darker, but I fell asleep anyway as I was so comfortable!

A cafe right inside the hotel . The view of my room is so nice that it face the main road but the trees around , that’s so relaxing . Check in is 4:00 pm and they allow early check in at 2 pm . Arrived hotel at 10 am , left the luggage and walked to Stanley park and walk to CF mall food court grabbed something to eat . Very central location. Equipped with a kettle to make tea and most importantly has the nespresso machine for excellent coffee .

Seems everything meets my expectations and nothing I don’t like
