Enjoyed the TV, the comfy pillows and beds, nice size mattress and room, good amount of work space, and washroom was good too. The gym was decent too - both the gym the roof top bar and the room had great views so appreciated that a lot! Location was excellent! 30 min walk gets you to a ton of must see spots and lots of food options near by.

They said bike is avaiable to guests and they do mention a time limit but they can't police it, so you have to wake up super early to get access to the bike. I didn't really like their soap bar - I prefer liquid body wash. I also asked for shower cap and there was a bit of a wait so had to delay shower time/ rest time. If you ask for things during the evening time, you might expect a wait... They also said check out by 12pm but by around 10 am the house keeping will knock on your door and check in several times to ask you when you're checking out. There were two of them that knocked on my door multiple times throughout 10-11...they were lovely people but it felt a bit awkward to have to reconfirm that checking out by 12 pm is okay per their booking details.

This is a nice quiet hotel around 10-15 minutes walk from the downtown area. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and large bathrooms; the cleaning staff are friendly and keep everything spotless. Breakfast is from a menu as opposed to buffet style - the selection is good and the food is freshly prepared and tasty. There is a rooftop bar which is a nice environment for a drink after a day looking round the city. There is also a handy grocery store just over the road. Staff were pleasant and helpful and as the hotel is slightly set back from the road it is very easy to order a taxi to the door.

The hotel was in a pretty good location in the city, very close to the pier and short walk to get almost everywhere in downtown. Staff were very kind during my stay and answered every question I had. The room as a whole was nicely decorated (i really liked the motion nightlight under the bed), lots of plugs available around the room, and the bed was comfy to sleep in. the TV in the room was also fairly big.

For the price, the room felt very small and there was a lot of little visible wear and the in the room (ex: the room iron was not great, some scratches on the bathtub or furniture). Not much of a view in my room (very minor issue). The walls in the hotel are very thin. The most annoying thing was that I could hear the people in the next room almost every night or doors slamming shut in the middle of the night which is the first time it's happened to me in a hotel.

Havier was very helpful and friendly Not sure if i spelled it right but he was very helpful with directions.. i believe he was the valet Another person that was very nice and went above and beyond and very professional was the hotel shuttle driver. And his name was Wagner..my wish is that his daughter will be discovered because she has a voice of an angel. we were lucky to have heard one of her songs when he took us in the shuttle service to pacific mall.

I d'int like that they d'int have a tea kettle But when i asked for one they brought me one immediately.. and only 1 small complimentary bottle of water in room.. Also, advertise as roof top patio but it's only for the restaurant.

The bathroom had definitely been updated and was nice as wqs the shampoo/conditioner and shower gel - lovely scent. Nice fluffy towels, complementary hair dryer, complementary coffee. Small refrigerator to keep drinks cold. The staff - all were wonderful, very helpful and polite!

The room was nice but the carpet was old and worn and the room was small There are lights under the bed that light up when you walk in the room, but they don't stay on for very long. I discovered that one night when I went to the bathroom. The lights turned off when I was in the bathroom and the light switch for the bathroom is outside the bathroom on the wall. The bathroom was small, the door would hit your knees when you were sitting on the commode. The bathtub was deep and there was nothing to hold onto getting in/out of the tub/shower. The staff break room was across the hall from me and you could hear them in the morning.

Loved the location. Nice small boutique hotel lobby. The staff was very helpful and a car available to local establishments was a bonus. Our first room had a faulty air conditioner that was quite loud but management was responsive and moved us promptly. (I don’t know what happened for the next person who was assigned that room because I think hotel sold out.) i also quite liked the bedding and bath products. I wish we had been able to enjoy the rooftop bar but we did not have time. Looked at the space though and it seemed very pleasant.

The hotel is a renovated older building so that is something to take into consideration. The rooms are on the small side and some of the paint and finishes need attention.

We loved the friendly service from all staff we met. Very grateful of being able to check in early and Keti was so welcoming and helpful providing lots of information about places to visit when we checked in. Wagner was so friendly and welcoming on the door and loved that they offered a drop off/pick up service if you were wanting to get somewhere relativity close by. We had breakfast included ..and it was nice not to have a buffet..though to have the choice from five options off the breakfast menu. We stayed with two children and the room was perfect and beds so comfortable! The rooftop bar was amazing great atmosphere. Location perfect, easy 2min walk to a great cafe and supermarket ..and about 10 min walk to the water.

Not a big deal, though on our second day, we got back to the hotel after a day out and the cleaners hadn't been..they came around 3.30 that day. Otherwise can't fault the hotel..highly recommend!

Location was great, right by Granville Island ferry and nearby beach in walking distance. A la carte breakfast included was very good, as was service. Good sized room (two doubles) Particularly liked the (first-come, first-served) free 'shuttle' from the hotel - not an airport shuttle, but a lift locally (we got a ride to Stanley Park, with a friendly concierge who pointed out places of interest along the way).

Room/bathroom decor could do with modernising, but was clean and tidy.

This was a lovely hotel with fantastic staff with a wonderful roof terrace. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport (£15 uber) and we could walk to the Skytrain for sightseeing. Despite being in a busy part of town the rooms were quiet. We were especially pleased with the service on our checkout day when the hotel looked after our luggage and then gave us a lift to the skytrain. The staff were excellent. I would recommend this hotel for a good value, friendly and well appointed hotel, especially if you arrive early enough in the evening to enjoy the heated roof terrace for cocktails!

nothing - we really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Vancouver. If we were being really picky - there was no kettle and as Brits we do like to make a cup of tea! there was plenty of coffee including a number of choices.

The hotel had all the facilities you could ever want for a short stay in Vancouver. Excellent location and the hotel offers a transfer service to the centre of town. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel also had parking which we really needed The hotel also has a rooftop bar which is fantastic and we were lucky to be there on a sunny day so sat outside. The options/prices were excellent I would definitely recommend this hotel

The only slight issue is that the service at breakfast was very slow, and rge choice of breakfast options were quite limited. However the staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much much trouble
