Enjoyed the TV, the comfy pillows and beds, nice size mattress and room, good amount of work space, and washroom was good too. The gym was decent too - both the gym the roof top bar and the room had great views so appreciated that a lot! Location was excellent! 30 min walk gets you to a ton of must see spots and lots of food options near by.

They said bike is avaiable to guests and they do mention a time limit but they can't police it, so you have to wake up super early to get access to the bike. I didn't really like their soap bar - I prefer liquid body wash. I also asked for shower cap and there was a bit of a wait so had to delay shower time/ rest time. If you ask for things during the evening time, you might expect a wait... They also said check out by 12pm but by around 10 am the house keeping will knock on your door and check in several times to ask you when you're checking out. There were two of them that knocked on my door multiple times throughout 10-11...they were lovely people but it felt a bit awkward to have to reconfirm that checking out by 12 pm is okay per their booking details.

Location was convenient. Room was large and so quiet and barely heard anything. Beds where very comfortable and the overall stay was very pleasant

Only thing that I heard from my kids was the WiFi was not great. After using it for a bit I switched to data as I couldn't even load a Facebook feed. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasn't available as it was under renovations and the breakfast wasn't available at the same time because the kitchen was shut down. I do try and look for hotels with breakfasts available for easy mornings so that was a bummer. There was no mention of both the hot tub and kitchen being closed when I booked.

An extremely well run hotel. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious and our room was immaculately kept along with all areas of the hotel. The location was perfect for accessing areas of Vancouver, such as Gastown. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. The food, ambience, and staff were exceptionally good. Aiden, one of the waiters, made us feel very valued, even giving us free desserts and bubbles when he learnt it was my Birthday. We ended up staying for 3 nights in total, owing to changes to our travel itinerary, so got to sample lots on the breakfast menu and the roof top restaurant.

Nothing, we enjoyed every minute. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff at the Parker hotel were so friendly and helpful we really appreciated all of them for their their courtesy. Mako & Kiti at reception were exceptional on both check in & check out, as well as the friendly valets. The dining room staff were really cheery in the mornings, as well as the cook providing us with a take out breakfast on one morning when we needed to have an early start. Mia & Taylor in the rooftop bar were very friendly & efficient. Thank you all at the Parker.

It was a far from the central area but we soon found our way around.

Friendly staff and great locations especially if you want to explore sea wall and the south side of Vancouver. The bed is very comfy and you can go to the rooftop bar/restaurant on the 9th floor. The wall seems to be thick enough as I never heard anything from adjacent room.

Due to the location in downtown area, night time can be a bit noisy with the ambulance or police siren. Also, the drapery need to be better as the light came into the room so bright in the morning. And again, the noise in the morning.

The room was clean and nice, not big, but perfect for what I needed, which was just a space so I could tour the surrounding area which was absolutely perfect in every way. Quick little walks to absolutely everything. Every staff person was very nice and helpful 😊 Location location can't beat the affordability of this little gem I truly hope it never changes. This is a must if you want to be close to the action of Vancouver it's a safe and fun place to roam the sites.

This is the best value in Vancouver. I've stayed at every high end hotel and while the Parker isn't five stars, the price is for what you get. Clean, comfortable, an INCREDIBLE rooftop bar and restaurant where I enjoyed half price caviar and bubbles on Sunday, and a short walk to shopping. There are great little touches like kick lighting under the bed and L'occitane amenities. Love the Parker.

Only recommendation is to PLEASE put a facial bar of soap in the room. Washing your face with hand soap out of a bottle was really hard on my eyelids.

We came to celebrate my Birthday in this hotel. Hotel has nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival our room was already ready, even we came earlier, also as complementary they provided us with the bottle of wine, it was really pleasant. If you need something to the room it’s going to be done immediately, so the service is great! This place worth attention

It’s really was cold in the room. Heater so noisy so or you staying frozen or so loud, that’s definitely minus as that’s literally noise. I booked hotel with breakfast, but honestly breakfast not on my taste and as for the man quite wasn’t enough so if you want more pay again , I would rather go to any other place, as Vancouver so rich for small cozy cafes and restaurants.

Restaurant Bar on the top was the best thing. Location is fantastic but close to motorways so some rooms can be quite noisy. Rooms are nothing to write home about but were comfortable and clean. Washrooms were spacious and clean too. Staff were super effusive and friendly and understanding. Nighttime front desk was an absolute gem, as we checked in at 2am. Waitstaff at The Parker Rooftop were also tops, delivering our dessert and birthday treats to our room even after we paid and left.

The front desk and coinceraire were very informative and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location was excellent.

The bedding, especially the sheets, they weren't fitted and didn't fit the length of the bed. They constantly rolled up as soon as you moved. The sheets were also too wide for the bed and, if not fully tucked in touched the floor. The curtains smelled of dust and didn't close over the windows to keep light out properly. There was long dark hair on our bathtub floor towel.
