The stay was better than expected, based on reviews. I found it excellent value, much less expensive than most of the other airport hotels, offering the same services. I appreciated the free shuttle, complimentary continental breakfast, quiet, clean and comfortable room, close to shops, restaurants and the skytrain into Vancouver. The room was large, spacious, with a TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (complementary coffee/tea), complementary soaps, etc. There’s not much more you can ask for in an airport hotel. Upon request, we even got free “late” check-out (noon), and baggage storage, as we had an evening flight.

The property is a bit dated and hallway rugs/elevator rugs a bit worn/not so clean, but our bedroom was spotless. Definitely worth the $100 savings based on similar rooms in nearby hotels. Breakfast was very basic, and only offered between 6:30-9:30am, but it was complementary. We had a quick bite, and headed out to one of the many restaurant options in the area. Lots of amazing options within walking distance.

It was close to the airport. Was a nice place with a free shuttle to the airport.

I didn’t like that the staff had not turned off the alarm from the person who stayed before us, so we got a 6AM wake up scare with a blaring alarm clock.

I took the shuttle at 06:30, no chance to have breakfast and arrived too late to try the dining room. Still good to have the restaurant in the hotel. One traveller was able to get a muffin before leaving. I booked my room because of the convenience of back and forth, free shuttle to the airport. The coffee machine didn’t work in the room but I was able to get one in the lobby. Surprised by the good quality of the coffee and accès of creamer not the powdered substitute . Very clean room and comfortable bed.

The noise of the planes but it was expected because of the location. Small detail. Not much to complain about it.

The room was fantastic. It was across from the elevator and I was concerned about the noise. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was very quiet and nice and dark.2 things I need while traveling.

In the morning I had need of the airport shuttle, we were told to be downstairs 5 minutes prior to departure. There were 3 people accessing the shuttle that morning. Two of us were there early. We had to wait for one person was there late. It caused us to be stressed to make flights. When the time has passed we should have left to the airport. The third person should have had to wait for the next shuttle. It would have been nice to have had a continental breakfast included.

Excellent room on 6th floor, marked as "Executive Floor". Big, airy, clean, quiet & comfortable. Bathroom looked recently refurbished & the shower was really strong. Microwave, coffee maker & kettle are very useful. Very friendly & helpful reception staff. It's located in a Chinese business district, with scores of restaurants within short walking distance, plus a McDonald's a hundred yards away & a shopping mall across the road behind the hotel.

Lobby area is a bit gloomy on arrival, but this didn't affect my stay at all.

The staff could not possibly be nicer or more helpful. They were all fantastic! The mattress and bedding are the best I’ve ever experienced! Tub size shower stall Reliable and free Shuttle from and to airport as advertised. Room safe, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker and supplies, convenient outlets and usb ports All very nice

The shower needs an second safety bar on the inside wall of the stall and a shelf for personal shampoo and soap The bathroom faucet is too short. The water barely makes it over the counter into the sink, and scoop. As soon as a hand goes under the water. The water splashes all over the counter! Just an FYI: Excellent for airport stay — Not convenient for downtown sightseeing

The rooms were nice, comfortable. Tons of restaurants around, skytrain very close.

We parked out front. We noticed smashed glass on the ground and made sure our car was empty. Good thing cause the guy beside us had his back passenger window smashed overnight. They should hire security and get cameras. I didn't see either. When we checked in I thught this would be a good place to stay and leave the care for a week. Think again. Smash and grab city right here.

Location of the hotel is good, close to sky train station, shopping centre, walmart and plenty of dinning options close by

The housekeeping arrangement was a bit confusing to start with. After talking to the staff, we started to realise we need to request for housekeeping service. Once we follow the process of requesting for housekeeping service, the housekeeping service is done as requested and done properly and efficiently

At the price I was not expecting what we encountered. The Grand Park exceeded all of my expectations. The entrance and lobby were very nice and welcoming, the service was superb, the room was very nice, clean and we particularly appreciated the walk-in shower which was great for my wife who faces some mobility challenges. I would recommend this hotel as superb value.

The location was not what I expected.

Location is perfect,skyline is 2 minutes away and T&T market just a crossing the street from back door. Huge of restaurants are around the hotel.It can’t be no more convenient for travelers by their free shuttle bus to airport!That’s our second staying here, will come back again!

Hopefully provide some warm simple food such as boiled eggs or toasted bread instead of all cold food.It will be much convenient to guests
