This was a great spot to stay overnight after a late flight, heading to the ferry port the next day. Staff were really nice and the beds were clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms were a little unnerving as there was no lock on the main door and then the showers just had curtains rather than doors that could be locked.

It was so CLEAN! I was surprised in a positive way! And they gave you a free towel and slippers (even disposable slippers for the shower). I cannot complain anymore. It is nice experience to stay here!

The location is cool, close to bus stop I guess. But, to the airport train, a little bit you need to walk (10mins more). During daytime is completely fine, but if you have a flight in the early morning, you should consider walking at the dark road or take a taxi:)

I switched my shoe locker and key in the evening and very early morning when I needed my shoes, I realized they were locked in my old locker to which I had no key to. With no staff at 5am I thought I was destined to catch my flight without my shoes. But then I saw that the staff were thoughtful enough to change shoes to my new locker the night before. Key attention to detail, thank you!

The pod was very comfortable.

Your staff is amazing friendly kind and full of information. I like the fact that i can pick my pod when i arrive Location is great, and like the small kitchen tea and coffee .

Your showers needs better curtains you might try a weighted curtain and adjustable shower heads when you turn them water goes everywhere and you get your clothes wet.

Panda Pod is always a pleasure to stay it. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, everything I need for a nice stay. I had to leave early because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more kind or accommodating. I will continue to stay with Panda Pod every time I'm in Vancouver. I cannot say enough good things about the staff or the facility itself. 10/10 recommend.

So clean and well decorated! I loved that they provided slippers which added to the feeling of home and comfort. The hosts were all so kind and caring. The beds were so comfortable and the lockers are so high tech. It was also so easy to book last minute, I really appreciate I had a place to stay so last minute in Vancouver.

Not a lot of space to keep things in the shower, like my clothes and towels and personal affects. The shelf above the shower was almost out of reach. The water also sprayed way too far which made turning on the shower hard to do without getting wet. But that is the smallest gripe.

Great option for a quick nite's rest after a travel day or before heading out somewhere. Bed comfortable, great shared shower area, lots of lockable storage. Great reception staff!

The check in could have been a little smoother, a bit glitchy with the app, that the friendly recepctionists quickly figured out.

The staff in this hotel are very friendly, and the check-in process is fairly smooth. Moreover, the location is unbeatable - 10 minutes drive to Vancouver International airport. In addition, you can schedule a wake-up call (even it's 5AM) to make sure you're able to catch up your early flight.
