O Canada House is in a fabulous location to access tourist sites, shops and food. I felt so welcome upon arrival, the bedroom and bathroom was exquisit and the chef cooked breakfast just made it even more valuable as a place to stay in Vancouver. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends.

I visited vancouver for concert and ‘O canada house bed & breakfast’ had a perfect location from concert place with affordable price. Overall, It was amazing experience! Here is so quiet and clean with a huge room (especially, bathroom was really good, I usually spend a long time for taking a shower and skin care and something) all the furnitures were pretty old but those were so gorgeous. Here is very close to robson street, so I can get to the every type of shops easy and quick and I enjoyed shopping at the malls! Plus, They gave me a personal key pad password, so I felt safe even at the late night time. And they activated password till 5pm the day of check out, so I can kept my luggage for free. Everything was so nice but the best thing was I can choose my own breakfast. They served me a amazing dish and I loved it. Nice people, tasty dish, perfect location, resonable price, I will definitely revisit here when I plan to go to vancouver!

We had a wonderful stay at this historic bed and breakfast hotel in the heart of Vancouver’s West End! The atmosphere was cosy and felt just like home. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel has a great overall concept, with antique prints and furniture in every room. One can feel thrown back to the beginning of the 20the century. In addition to the large breakfast selection, one has 24/7 access to a guest pantry stocked with snacks and sodas—such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was also very smooth, with clear instructions provided in advance.

The only minor downsides were a slightly strange smell when entering the building (though everything was otherwise clean and well-maintained) and the rather short breakfast times (8-8:45 am). Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

A great place for me, my partner, and our friends to stay for a night! Would definitely stay longer. Very comfortable and cozy. Rob was a gracious host and we had a couple excellent conversations with him. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the anytime pantry was an amazing amenity. Safe and secure, and you can easily walk to downtown.

There was a slight smell in the penthouse suite that didn't bother any of us, but may bother someone with a sensitive nose. I think it was just a slight must that is expected with a house built in the early 1900s, not sure it could be removed. Again, no problem for us!

This is such a gem of a BnB right in the middle of everything in Vancouver. The house is lovely, the rooms and bed exceptionally comfortable and the most amazing breakfast - everything was perfect. The best scrambled eggs! Special shout out to the staff who are so lovely, helpful and give everyone individual attention (and did I mention the amazing breakfast prepared every day!). The daytime snacks - from cookies to fruit, juice, tea, coffee - are the icing on the cake. Highly recommend

Nothing at all

The location was incredible, and even though the surroundings were busier, the house was gorgeous and cozy. The included breakfast was delicious and always started the day well. All of the staff were absolutely lovely. I loved the guest pantry for tea and water any time of day/night. Check in was super easy and the staff were all very accommodating with my needs— allowing me to spend time in the house before and after checkout. I’m already planning on coming back!

Loved the heritage architecture and furnishings , the comfortable and cozy feel of the accommodations. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast quality and attentive staff were pleasant surprises. The extra seating on the front porch and rear deck were nice touches. Great west end location

Price was a little high otherwise no concerns. One suggestion is to add a non-slip mat in the bathtub ( north suite) or hand rail to minimize fall risk

Excellent breakfast and loved having the 24hr pantry. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect. Close to everything.

An automatic room refresh for stays of 3 nights or more. It did say we could ask for one so I guess that's our fault for not asking. We saw beers available for guests in the fridge the first day but not after that. But again I'm sure if we'd have asked they would've replenished.

The location was very walkable to food, Granville Island and Stanley Park. They stored our luggage because we were there early. Getting in and out was super easy and the staff was wonderful. They gave us helpful information about where to go, how to get there and where not to go to be safe. They were very sweet and packed us our breakfast because we had to leave super early to catch the train. The room was very spacious, nice and the beds very comfortable. The pantry with snacks and drinks was very nice also.

It was expensive for 1 night ($350 us$) and there were little things that I would have not expected. It was quite warm and we had to hook up the window air conditioner. It would be nice to have a small counter or stand in the bathroom to set your bathroom items on. The lamp shades need to be fixed (they are all wonky-that's just my pet peeve) and and all the carpet in the Penthouse Suite needs to be replaced from bleach that got all over it throughout the unit.

It's location was great we could walk to the harbour or to the ferrys to Granville island. Hop on a bus to Stanley park. Ryan and the team where friendly and made you feel genuinely welcome. The fresh daily backing was great to have when coming back from long days of sightseeing. Having a hot breakfast as part of the cost was also very welcome.

Well nothing that could he fixed but after a long day of walking that short hill up to where o'Canada was was a dread lol
