Impeccable property with amazing staff. We were upgraded to a suite just so we get into a room earlier. And then found complimentary wine and chocolates when we returned from the day.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The location is perfect. We were traveling with children and the staff was super friendly. The spaces in the room are really comfortable: spacy closet to open two large suitcases with no problem, and a very spacious bathroom make it a very convenient stay

We paid through booking.com up front and then after we checked out the hotel charged us their own rate for the room which was $60 more per night. They eventually refunded us but it took a couple weeks for them to figure out we paid before we arrived. Everything else was good

Central location was fabulous

Lack of storage for clothes for family in room. Separate toilet would also have been better with four people sharing. Confusion at breakfast each day as all of our breakfasts were included but we kept being charged for 2 breakfasts - it was removed on check out when we showed that our confirmation email said breakfast was included for all.

Hotel is beautiful, and very central for a visit to Vancouver. I would definitely recommend the Shangri-la Hotel.

Forget the rest. Just stay here. Rooms are very nice. It gives you the rest you need in the hustle and bustle of the city. Location is good, in the middle of everywhere. Very good quality rooms, nice bathrooms!

Finding the hotel is not easy, because it lacks a proper entree at the street.

Everything about our stay was so enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful and there are so many little unique touches in the rooms. Used the Chi Spa as well during our stay which was unreal!!
