I appreciate the bright hallways and clean carpets on each floor. The restaurant was clean and the service was pretty good. The view and the cost were worth it in the end.

Only downside was that the phone beside the bed did not work. Three days after notifying staff, it was still not working. The other thing I didn't like was that there were only plugs on one side of the bedside table. I had to plug my stuff into the wall outlet at the end of my bed and leave it there. The shower was kind of small, but since there was a tub too, it didn't leave a lot of room. When we ordered room service on Friday night, we told the person who delivered our food that the phone on the bedside wasn't working. He said he would let maintenance know, but it still was not working when we checked out on Sunday. Overall the room was still good.

The staff are exceptional at their jobs. If the staff noticed me standing in line to be seen, another staff member would walk up to me and help me even if they weren't currently manning the front desk themselves. My daughter has a wheat and egg allergy, and the staff were helpful with options for her and checking in with the chefs. The food was all really well done. During dinner, they have someone singing live. The breakfast buffet for my six year old was 15 dollars, and for my three year old, it was free. They had festive lights up already, and it was overall a really nice experience.

Loved the staff, location, cleaning staff deserves a standing ovation (spotless cleaning). Restaurant was good. Prices are reasonable, no complaints there. Wholesome feeling. Every need was met with grace and an open heart.

The only complaint and I say this with best intentions are the TVs could use an upgrade. Something which has an usb plug or a smart tv to have a full entertainment comfort when relaxing in the room. As we couldn’t stream anything except for cable while unwinding. The washroom sink could clogs a little too easy but apart from that it was an amazing stay, experience and property.

The hotel is within walking distance of shop, the water front and Stanley Park. Very convenient for the cruise terminal

The cups in the room for tea and coffee were disposable and the room service meal was in a disposable box with plastic cutlery

Fantastic corner room with an awesome view over the bay. We arrived super early (off a cruise ship) & the staff member at the check in desk was fantastic. Put our bags into storage so we could enjoy the day until our room was available. The hotel has a lovely ambience, great restaurant for breakfast & dinner. Walking distance to the waterfront & restaurants & attractions.

The price was on the high side. We were charged for breakfast which was included in our room package - refunded when requested.

The location was perfect, but the friendliness of the staff along with the cleanliness added to our experience.

The bar was open to the lobby and could be a little noisy at times, aside from that, it would be a bonus to have breakfast included or at least for a fixed daily rate. It added around $70 per day to our stay. We could have found cheaper places to eat, but wanting to maximise our time and also leaving for early morning excursions, they have a captive market.

Great location, right downtown and close to Canada Place. We jogged to Stanley Park. Walking distance to Robson Street. They provide bottled water at the front desk, free of charge

You'll pay for the excellent location; in addition to the room rate there are nightly parking fees. Breakfast is not included so we just walked to Tim Horton's

Good location for us - walking distance to the harbour and easy to get to the park and the rest of downtown to meet friends and shop. Comfy beds and excellent room service food. The staff on site were very helpful and professional.

It was packed - too many people for just coming out of lockdown (I think I contracted Covid while there - I tested positive after coughing all the way back to the UK). I also booked through Booking.com and was then told I couldn't retrieve my Marriot Bonvoy points which did annoy me - I had not realised otherwise I would have booked directly with Marriot. The Parking was $40 per day with Marriott - there are several car parks either opposite or further up the road for about $12 per day.

The breakfast was fine for being included. The pool facilities are nice and clean, as is the gym. The front desk answers questions quickly.

I had booked a room on the concierge level, that is what they had left. The original executive lounge was under construction. On check in, no one explained to me what came with the room. We didn't realize we had access to the lounge, nor where it was, until we had been there two days.

Decent buffet breakfast, quick service. Addressed any concerns we had quickly and professionally. Excellent location. Nice gym. Good food at the conference I attended. Has live music in lobby restaurant 4-7pm

Queen beds were small, doubles. Expensive buffet and cost via booking.com only includes 2 breakfasts rather than the 3 we were expecting. Noisy toilet. $45/d for parking is steep.
