Everything about this hotel is lovely. Decor is quite elegant. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and shops. Staff members are very friendly & most helpful. Jordan & Ron take customer service seriously. They greet guests with a smile & make you feel welcome. Both are very helpful & truly want to make you enjoy your stay. We will definitely return & recommend Le Soleil to others.

The staff are really exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and will make an effort to fix it if not. The rooms are nice - the separation of bedroom and living room can be helpful for business travellers, although it would be better if there were a door in between the spaces. The room was clean, and the coffee/tea supplies and free water were very much appreciated.

Although the hotel is really lovely, the price feels high for given the amenities (e.g., no private pool or spa onsite, no airport shuttle, no included breakfast).

A beautiful Parisian-themed hotel located close to the waterfront and downtown. Perfect location for sightseeing as we could walk to everything. The room was very comfortable, the wifi was great, free bicycles were appreciated, and the staff were very helpful. We used the YMCA next door which is available for guests. As tea drinkers, we were happy to see an electric kettle was provided. Housekeeping cleaned each day.

It was great but a magnifying make up mirror in the bathroom would have been nice. I also found the AC to be noisy so turned it off for the night which was fine as it cooled down in the evenings.

Convenient location, walkable to cruise ship dock. We actually had a 'city' view (sometimes this equates to an AC unit or back wall), but this was a real one! Staff very friendly even when we checked in around midnight; they kept offering to bring us anything we needed every time we ran into someone. SUPER SUPER appreciate daily housekeeping since this doesn't seem to be the norm anymore, but for what we paid it was somewhat expected. Loved the 2 separate 'rooms' so kids could have their own space with the pullout couch.

Price was high but more reasonable than other places nearby. Only wish the breakfast was included.

The hotel is a charming boutique hotel, only about 5-10 minute walk to the Canada Place Terminal where we were to board the cruise ship to Alaska. It is also within walking distance to Downtown and Gastown. Although the street behind it is the major thoroughfare Burrard Street, the hotel is tucked in a quiet street where we could enjoy the convenience and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were glad to be able to use the gym fitness center next to it for a free yoga session. We were happy to have our dinners, two nights in a row, at the Cactus Club cafe nearby for the relaxing vibes and the yummy fusion food.

I booked an executive queen suite and the room was lovely. the bed was very comfortable and while I didn't really use the sitting room, it would have been great if I had been sharing the room with someone. My room was on the 10th floor and felt safe, comfortable and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for access to town, the convention center, and close enough to BC Place that I walked everywhere. The robe and slippers was a nice amenity and I appreciated that I could check my luggage prior to check-in and after check-out.

I have no complaints. Every place in Vancouver, in the city, is pricey and I feel that my investment in Hotel Le Soleil was worth it!

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The was only one person at the front desk who was less than completely helpful, but the interactions with everyone else more than made up for it! Location was perfect. Quick walk to Coal Harbor, and many restaurants. Had a wonderful breakfast at the attached French restaurant outside on the sidewalk - a bit of Paris ;) Made use of the complementary bikes, which was great.

Very quiet in the rooms. Large rooms with separate lounge. Location. Convenient for Canada Place,. Many cafes and other eating places within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Included breakfast is very good and happy that it includes fruit juice as well as coffee / tea. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. You can open windows in the room and get fresh air rather than just having aircon. A genuinely classy, boutique feels to the hotel.

Rooms are quirky with numerous different ways to open cupboards, doors etc. Took us some time to work out how to close the bathroom door and find both the fridge and hairdryer. Wish the breakfast offered eggs of any style rather than just scrambled. The other options we tried (eggs Benedict and the omelette) were much better.

Location was great. Easy walk to Canada Place for our cruise considering how busy it gets in that area during embarkation and disembarkation days (also luggage friendly with ramps). The room was as expected - on the older decor side but still clean and comfortably fit 4 adults in our suite. Staff was great and stored our luggage when needed and also provided umbrellas for use.

Nothing - but we overheard many people get upset as they were trying to walk-in to Alouette for breakfast and the host had to inform them all that they were fully booked. Thankfully, we made reservations beforehand and did not have this issue.

Nice hotel and nice to have separate bedroom. Very comfortable and great staff. Excellent location to visit downtown, convention centre and cruise port. Room was not ready until 4:45 pm (check-in time 4 pm). This was despite requesting early check-in if possible when I booked, indicating arrival time of 2:30 on online check-in day before arrival and arriving at hotel at 2:45 pm.

Room was not ready even at posted check-in time - 45 minutes later than official time which left us scrambling to get ready for our evening plans (dinner & show).
