The room was very nice; great view; the staff were very good in all places we went in the hotel; location was convenient to SkyTrain; very walkable area; good security features.

Check in was 4 - 5pm, we were 20 minutes early but willing to wait till 4ish, they did not have a room for us except one that was "accessible" which would mean nowhere to sit because chairs removed to accommodate a wheelchair. Offered "complimentary upgrade" that was going to cost $, but would give us a "discount". No choices as it was on a concert event night in the middle of high season in a destination town (pretty much had to take the upgrade to have a place to sit). In any case *neither* room was available, "come back in an hour so housekeeping could clean". Given coupon for the bar so we could wait there and ended up spending money we hadn't really intended to. Felt like the old "bait and switch" when the room was booked seven months ago.

Right around the corner from Waterfront Station, making it easy to use the Canada Line train to/from YVR. Walkable to the waterfront and to the variety of eateries along Robson. The rooms were comfortable and the living room space made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel fulfilled my request for extra pillows since I need some extra support. The bar staff, even though they were closing up for the evening, still served us. From security/doorman to reception, a great warm staff.

Nothing I didn't like.

The online check in is fabulous.. lets you tell the property when you’re arriving. And we were arriving early and they already had our room ready. The front desk was very lovely and super friendly. Our room was great . And the cleaning staff actually knocked on our doors after check in to make sure we had enough towels etc. They had security doorman who always opened the doors for you and were very friendly and helpful with either directions or suggestions for places to eat and other amenities we were able for. Even though it was a bit pricey I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place to stay, room was spotlessly clean, staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfy and huge, great Wi-Fi and usb sockets. Lovely hotel. Liked the bottled water, thank you.

Lovely hotel, but not the best we’ve stayed in for a similar price. We travel through Vancouver a lot enroute to NZ. I would have appreciated more amenities in the room as it is a suite. Nice seating area but I would have liked a robe in the room. Also I did not like paper cups, the coffee machine could do with an upgrade too. No wine glasses so had to use the bathroom ones. Compared to other hotels who have these finer details, it was a shame.

Notice about construction at entry door. Hauled luggage up stairs unnecessarily. GPS took me to wrong door.

Room 710 felt a bit small for this price level: When the sofa bed was opened, it was not possible to open up the fridge... Despite being on the 7th floor, street sounds such as sirens still come through the glass... poor sound proofing? When asked for another chair in the room, they brought a clinical shower chair

The sofa-bed is not of the best quality, considering the price point Awkward towel hanging placement in front of sink, so the smaller towels keep dropping to the floor when you lean over the sink The kitchenette was missing a few mugs and 1-2 bigger bowls for ramen soup cooking

Great location. Very clean great staff.

We arrived early and our rooms were ready, but they wanted $25 an hour to go to room so it would have been $75 per room. We declined and they stored our luggage which was great. I would understand if our rooms were ready and they rushed to get them cleaned, but she told me they were ready and that we could go into them, but there would be a charge that I don’t understand. It would’ve made no difference to the hotel.

I liked that the bed was really comfortable and the room was big and has an extra sofa bed. The staff were also really nice and accommodating. Housekeeping always kept my room clean and bathroom clean everyday and they always left a nice note after cleaning my room. :) The hotel is also very near the Waterfront Station (Canada Line).

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. Everything went well.

The staff was amazingly cool. So accommodating and helpful, from the security to the maids...so professional and caring.

There were crack pipes in the alley behind the hotel where we cut through, instead of walking an extra couple blocks. We get that big time- our beautiful city is taken over by tent towns. The biggest negative is that it was really hard to find the entrance. After driving from Bellingham, we had to actually stop on west hastings to ask where we can park because apparently, the google/siri directions take you to the entrance that is an exit. it is very hard to find the correct hotel entrance...and after a long flight and traveling in traffic...it sucks that you can't just pull up and get up to inside.
